Terrible customer service from Samit. Despite an appointment he told me they’d call me back and then kept me waiting for 45 minutes. Only got help when I approached Michael (who was fantastic!).

Michael attended to me. He was professional, patient, through, personable, amazing. He exemplified good customer service. Would definately want him in my organization.

Not a good place as you need to wait for more than 2hrs at Rodeo drive location and then also the deals deals didn’t meet expectations. Best Buy and Walmart give better deals. They give $50
Free stuffs which you can get from others also. All promotions are for past year phones and there is no deals for iPhone 14 pro.
Better team and management can help to manage the customers.

Poor experience to be honest. Guys were not at all busy.yet they were agitated with simple questions. Zero customer service, I even told them they dont even know how to speak to customers, out of two guys, one started shouting. I have been to other costco locations and employees very friendly and nice to deal with.

Improper details provided, I understand that the place is too crowded but you have to make sure that you are focused on one customer at a time despite of being talking to every single customer. I did scanned the QR to enter the line but the Representative showed zero interest to provide the details about the plan and devices

Not recommended store at all.and the staff not professional in dealing with the customers.

I went today at 4: 40 pm Oct 13,2022, to this store after I submitted my order for new phones for a while, they told me "sorry we don't see your order on the system can we resubmit my order as a new order? " Also, there is a staff name Niraw, who his not respect the customer and doesn't want to discuss with me and asked his colleague in other languages to talk to me disrespectfully. This is not a professional agent and not a respectful way.

I don't expect this way when I try to deal to get new services from the wireless wive company. I highly recommended rechecking how you hire those staff like this.

Gurneet was really professional, nice made me feel like I was at Disney. It was a great experience. I wish I could do six stars!

Akash was very helpful at the Costco heartland location. We had a broken phone but were looking for cheapest plan and device price while still meeting all of our needs. He provided great support and we got a wonderful new iPhone 11 with Virgin!

I needed a new phone badly. Gurneet is the guy to answer all your needs and recommend wath is best. Definitely be back to Costco for my next cellular phone.

Gurmeet was very unprofessional in his dealing. Such a waste of time. I wish some else have attended me or I should have visited any other store. I'll more then happy to little extra then services from this guy.

Vaibhav is motivated and helps customers to the best of his ability. I will come back to him any day.

I was at the store when I checked in with QR code to be in queue. I waited for an hour as my number was 9th in queue. I had 4 people ahead of me and I was asked to quit queue by rep, as I had to go for appointment somewhere. As soon as I left store I get a call that it's my turn now. Very very disappointed and it's so very frustrating. Such a waste of time.

I was at the location at Costco Hartland to take advantage of the Black Friday deals. I appreciate the virtual queue that allows you to wander the store while waiting your turn and also gives confidence that people are being served in order.

At first, another associate had issues helping me. However, Prabhdeep was able to turn my experience around and resolved my issue. She is very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend seeking her out!

Waited for over an hour and a half only to be told they did not have the phone I wanted. A simple sign stating that the phone was out of stock would have saved me and I'm sure others a lot of time. When I did see rep he tried to brush me off as if I hadn't signed into their QR code line. If the service is indicative of the customer service go elsewhere.

Got 2 phones on black Friday. Was quite hectic as expected. The experience was meh.

They explained everything about the phones and plans very well before we made the purchase. BUT our lines didn't get activated after the purchase and the sales rep Gurneet gave us his number and told us he will keep trying to activate it for us because the system has been down all day. Finally lines worked the morning after and it's been good. Happy with the outcome and Gurneet’s help with getting it all sorted out.

Additionally, The electronic que system kept showing full because it only takes so many people at a time so you have to keep refreshing until a spot opens up. BUT the sales rep Neeraj kept telling customers that oh que is full for the whole day and come tomorrow even though it was 11 am in the morning LOL. Wasn’t impressed with seeing that.

Horrible waste of time! Please don’t put Costco customers through this experience. Need to scale up and have more people when you guys know Black Friday week will be busy. Why offer different prices to different people and why you guys can’t be transparent with pricing. You should have all details available upfront so people don’t wait 2 hours and find out the offer is not competitive. You need to fix this or get out of Costco.

My experience was very good. Dhruv explained everything very clearly and offered me free screen protector and case.

I had been to Costco Heartland location to buy mobile phone Samsung S20 FE 5G and there i met Vaibhav Roy. He was courteous and explained me deals for all the promotions currently going on with all the Service providers. He gave me the best deal on Samsung S20 5G and I got more than what I expected to get from the current promotions going on for Black Friday. He has been helpful and is a genuine person who understands the needs of the customer and then provides them with a deal which works best for them. He is an asset to any company he works for and wish him good luck on the job he is doing with his current company. I would recommend friends and family to meet Vaibhav to get best deals on phones.

Went to Costco to get a new phone for me and my wife. Wasn't very confident because I am 77 and don't know how to setup a new phone. I met Mr. Vaibhav there who not only explained me everything slowly and clearly but also assured me that he will take care of the data transfer for me. He was a great help to someone like me. I bought 2 LG phones from him. Wish him goodluck.

One star for the service from representative Vaibhav. I went there seeing Costco mobility's ads on Cashback offers for Black Friday (Super Friday) deals. At the booth, he mentions that it is conditional. Then he offers a partial cashback and forces you to take insurance for the device to get full cash back.
Found this suspicious. Best buy had a similar offer, went to the one near Argentia road and found that they offer the full cash back (as a best buy cash card) as advertised. No gimmicks. Bought the phone there! One business less for Costco mobility.
I won't recommend Costco mobility due to their lack of transparency.
