Came for mobile plans, but costco is more expensive then best buy or other. Usually costco have better plans - jit sure what's happening

Terrible service …representative started with me then was interrupted by another customer he decided to help that customer. We were also rushed because it appeared he was rushing us to help his friend. Ended up walking out and then purchasing through another provider. Costco had good price but service was terrible

I did nit receive a text message or any notification. My spot was canceled without any notification

We had a very positive feeling when we purchased the mobile plan with phones, even bought 2 insurance for $140.00 each. A year after my screen protector is damaged so I wanted to change so went to the store & they guy said "we don't have, call Max protection". And the round around starts: called Max protection & they wanted $149.as deductible! For a $10-20 screen protector. Then they said call ishieldz, they also wanted S&H. Called Laird mobile again & asked for mgr, the guy told me he will be in the next day in the afternoon, so went the next day and he wasn't there. Another senior guy told me, call Max again & tell them it should be only $99 deductible, so trying to explain that my screen protector is cheaper.unfortunately he said there's nothing we can do. I just want to tell people, don't buy any insurance from mobile at Laird.now they're saying after 90 days we don't cover it.etc.but in late 2020 when we purchased the phones we were told and it says in contract that we are cover for full 2 yrs for everything and anything that happens to the phone

Worst costumer service ever.the sale representative (Igor) was so rude to me. It wasn't really busy time in costco yet, he was finishing with another customer and I was the next in the line. After good 12 min of waiting, he suggested that I have to scan the bar code first to sign up, then I will get my turn in the line.when I did, the system showed me that I am the 1st in the line.when I show it to him, He start fooling me around saying there is a virtual line up that I don't see (I have never been treated with such disrespect befor), and he insisted that I have to leave and come back when I receive a message, even if I am the first in the line! When I did and then returned after receiving the message, he was not patient with my questions, he did not bother him self to give me an offer for a business plan with new 2 cell phones! Saying that the offer he suggested for me is cheaper! Literally, he was rushing me to leave because he need to help the next in the line. I was never unhappy with such a service before! Definitely need to learn some customer service skills.

Vakil was very helpful to my mom who was unsure of what smartphone to get. We will definitely be recommending the Costco wireless stand!

Absolutely amazing!
Igor and Brandon (trainee of only 4 days!) could not have been more helpful and patient with all my questions! I am a 60-something female and lacking a lot of techie expertise, so they attempted (multiple times) to do the transfer from old to new iPhone (I need to delete some pics + videos!), but the basic needs are now on this much slicker phone and I can’t wait to start using it!
