The service we received from Mustafa K this morning was impeccable. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

We have been looking to change telephone carriers for 5+ years. Marnie Jordan was extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful and efficient in explaining and transferring all of our phones and data.
In addition, we had to wait to transfer one of our phones as our son was out-of-town.
Marnie gave us her contact information and said to contact her when he was in town.
Within minutes of contacting her (right after Christmas) she sent us all info and transferred his phone.
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Marnie Jordan from Costco (Wonderland Rd in London ON).

Those guys are as representative and seller were not patient. I couldn't make a good decision in 2 times I visited them in Cosco kiosk

I loved the virtual line and then the phone call. Service was very friendly and efficient. Thank you.

About five days ago, I went into Costco seeking help with my cellular, plan that was just activated not too long ago. Yarah was extremely pleasant to deal with. She spent a good quality of time trying to help me with my situation. She actually went above and beyond on my expectations.
She is truly a great asset and management material!

The person i dealt with was horibly nosey, the entire time we were there she was interested in side conversations that were going on, rather than getting us our phone, just a snarky person in my opinion. Other than that everything was okay

They offer excellent service and the young lady, Suemai A, was amazing. She was patient, explained things well. Saved us with discounts and we got all that we wanted and then some. Thanks for the excellent service.

Went there for a return slip not any other services.i first tried the black lady because I saw she helped one folk to skip the line and get service done. But apparently she would only do a favour to her acquaintance not a random customer like me. I didn’t know what I was thinking. So I have to try other staffs. Lucky me. They are willing to help and I am very grateful to the guy who got everything done in less than 2 mins. So it depends on who you are dealing with. You can easily get a 5-star service or no service at all.

Would never go anywhere else- that good! Our server was sensational, friendly and knowledgeable. She went over and above. Delightful experience

The staff was exceptional! I wanted to do a straight exchange and my request was processed in less than 15 minutes. Kudos to the whole team! Truly a pleasant experience.

I never got to the kiosk. It took 2.5 hours to be notified that it was my turn. I left the store after doing my shopping and was contacted later in the evening, at home, and told it was my turn. I did not return. I had to give 1 start to submit this review.if no stars was a choice I'd go with 0.

I came in to inquire about Black Friday deals. I was told to follow the online queue and no messages other than “I’m 1st in line” so I drop by 15 mins to see him do nothing, I continue shopping and finished so I decided to checked for messages and drop again, to see no one else. Clearly forgot to check the online queue 30 mins later. I came by and the spoke to the worker “forgot to check the online queue”… don’t bother.

The service here was exceptional, the people here are wonderful and very helpful. Our whole family is on their plans now and have made everything nice and manageable especially for our financial needs. I would recommend them for everyone!

Amazing service! We went on black friday and the service was great! They were extremely busy and the all of the staff were perfectly happy and eager to help! A girl with two black braids helped us and she was great! None of them acted like typical sales people and seemed to actually want to help you get the best deal.

Got there late evening on start of busy Black “Thursday “ sale so salesperson had a long day thus far. She was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful with new phone purchase along with number porting, corporate plan pricing, glass shield install and general advice. Big thumbs up Sarah.

People that with there are awesome. Just fantastic. Virtual waiting line is smart and helpful.
They do however require a bit more space in the store so people are not so densely packed and they can have a couple more workers to make the line up shorter time wise.

While my husband and I both need to upgrade our phones, we want to get the best deal. I’ve spoken to a few reps at different times over the past several weeks. They are ALL knowledgeable about their products and plans, and ultimately just want to ensure they give you their best deal. That’s awesome customer service! You don’t find that everywhere.

Customer service rep at the mobile phone kiosk was nice and helpful. She is ordering my new phone and will wait until it arrives to discuss plans in the hope that I will get a better deal.

A thank you to Musa for addressing my frustration from last week. He listened to everything I had to say and has kept in direct connection with me via text regarding the order and its arrival. He has made up for the previous employees who didn't really care. Musa has come through and deserves commendation for this. I'm grateful because Ali, who sold me my current phone there was incredible and added in every bonus he could.

I'm glad to see things returning to the excellent service I have experienced before.

After buying a screen protector for my iPhone 11 Pro Max when I got the phone. I was guaranteed lifetime replacement.

On two occasions I went in to get it replaced they didn’t have them. They took my number in a little book and said they’d call me back once they ordered them in. Nope.

Fortunately after the first one went they just happened to have one in.

Then again, wrote it down in their little book. No call for over two months. I’m here now. No record of the order.

Fortunately the gentleman who is working there now has actually ordered it (I think….). He says it will be in by next Wednesday. We’ll see.

Very satisfied with the wonderful service that Sarah provided. We will be back next year when my wife's phone is up for renewal.

Excellent service. Ali is very knowledgeable and he has helped me numerous times getting my phones set up each time I get a new one. I’ve been getting my phones from Costco for years and will continue to do so because of the service and the extras that are included when you get a phone there. Best deal in town by far.

Found the digital wait line convenient and effective. We were able to continue shopping at Costco and were given notice that our turn was approaching and to return to the kiosk. Salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Realized what our needs were and sold us the phones and plan best suited to us. He helped transfer all of my information from my old phone to the new one and gave my husband written instructions on how to do his. A very positive experience!

Wish I knew about Costco Wireless sooner.
