If I could rate this experience 20/10 I would. Michael B was beyond helpful, he was insightful, made recommendations that worked for me and my family. One of the best customer experiences I have ever experienced in my life!

With the Black Friday deals the wireless Center was packed. I was there on Friday and even though they were super busy all the people working the counter were very helpful and answered some questions for me. I was super grateful cause I know how busy they were. I went back on Saturday and waited my turn which was close to the end of the day and again the people at the counter were all very nice and helpful. It was a great experience I would absolutely recommend the wireless kiosk at Costco on New Huntington for your wireless needs!

All good. Just one caveat.
They should have one person who is able to answer questions. I only had a question about the byop plan but had to wait the long time to get an answer.

Not satisfied. Minus reviews the person who attends us is not very flexible. Not convinced with plans as well.

I had a really great experience with the staff running the booth at the Huntington Costco, as they were super helpful despite being so busy! I appreciate you folks and take care!

I have visited multiple times alone and with my friends. Everytime Mr. Chodery helped me and my friends. We all are extremely satisfied with the service and the way Mr. Chodery explained the plans. He is very humble and very polite answers all the question we have. Even though it is so crowded and stressful black Friday he is very calm and cool. He is one of the best customer service front desk person I ever met. We are so happy and brought 4 cellphones in span of 3 days.

Okay, yesterday I left this place in confusion as I misunderstood between smartphone deal and just a line deal. I left a bad review just because I was already having a bad day. Today I came back here and same person” Chodery paji” helped me and gave me the deal I was looking for and cleared about my misunderstanding. I am really very sorry if did anything wrong yesterday. Chodery paji is the best and I will keep coming back to this location only because of paji. Thank you:)

Very rude executive. They complained due to long hours. My recommendation is there is one female executive she is very calm and polite when serving to the other customer.

I have delt with Prakash for many years and my recent experience left me speechless again. His service is outstanding. I know him for years and when he moves around I aways follow him anywhere he goes, so I can get the same excellent Customer Service.
I highly recommend Prakash.

Recently purchased a phone from the Wireless Etc Booth at the Costco Vaughan location. Rick Rando was a great help and went above and beyond to make my experience great and phone purchase easy.

NJ was very helpful and guided me onto the right phone plan to suit my needs i would definitely recommend this kiosk and NJ

It was a busy day, however Rick answered all my questions and I was able to purchase the products I wanted.

Black Friday Deal 2021.
This is the wireless location at Costco Huntington/Vaughan.
Deal at this location included $100. COSTCO Shop Card.
During check out process rep tries to sell me Apple care which I declined.
He comes back and sweetens the price of Apple Care saying that if I bought Apple Care at the lower price he’d throw in another $100. COSTCO Shop Card.
I declined once again.

Further along the check out process rep gives me the $100 COSTCO Shop Card then tells me out of the blue that I have ANOTHER $100 Shop Card that I MUST spend at the wireless outlet for accessories etc.

At this point I’m questioning asking where did this magical EXTRA $100. Shop Card come from. Rep brushes it off and says it’s just for me.
I go with it cuz “free” is “free” right!?

Anyway…cut to the point…. At Costco Colossus/Vaughan today and the posted deal at this location included a $200. COSTCO Shop Card.
You tracking with me? !

So now, I’m thinking I got hoodwinked and that my deal SHOULD HAVE included $200. COSTCO Shop Card also.
And that rep at Huntington location got creative and restructured to use the second $100.as leverage to make me purchase Apple Care first…. And when that didn’t work decided to mandate a purchase at the wireless booth.

Legit going to try to return the $100 accessory I purchased with the second $100 as I don’t need it and only purchased it because it was supposedly part of the deal.

Be wary folks.
The way the transaction unfolded at Huntington was a little sketchy.
Especially with the second $100.being used as leverage for Apple Care and when I declined he HAD to give it to me anyway as it was part of the deal from the start.
Don’t like the dishonesty by the rep in that regard.

Worth waiting!
Was waiting to buy an iPhone for my son with a good deal. Finally got it from Costco Mobile Wireless kiosk.
The associate named Sukhmeet offered us a very excellent and prompt service, briefly explaining minute details about the plan and also warranties attach to it.
She also gave us a good deal on other accessories.
Really appreciate her marvelous customer care attitude and calmness inspite of boxing week rush.

Make sure to check in online for any busy days. Their service is great and their prices and bonuses can not be beat.

The wait times are absolutely disastrous and the customer service is lacking aswell. The employees are not well versed in thier quing systems and do not understand how to deal with agitated customers. I'd suggest getting in the virtual que for the booth before leaving home so that u don't have to wait 2+ hours after u get in the store just to be yelled at by one of the staff. The employee at the desk with the name tag "NJ" is extreamly rude and needs to be trained in how to deal with customers or be switched to a role his attitude is more suited for.

It was the most annoying and irritating experience. First I had to wait for almost 2 hours and then my number in queue changed from 1 to 2 again. Someone who was there before and then got out of the queue was added back to the queue. Again waiting for almost 20 minutes someone out of turn was taken before me.
People are way too slow and unfriendly. Don’t think I will ever like to go to same location for any wireless service again.

I waited 2 hours and have a very bad experience he is saying that you can get phone from canada i dont know why especially very poor service from rick

NJ was super helpful! The wait was pretty long but it's black Friday sales.can't expect much. Other than the wait, the experience was great. NJ was very knowledgeable and made the whole process very smooth.can't say that for all the wireless Costco's around Toronto. Highly recommend this specific location!

Today I visited Costco to change my cell phone plan and Prakash helped me very patiently answered my all questions and very good customer service.

Visited the Woodbridge location. Rick R.is an exceptional representative. He is patient and explains the various pricing options, plans, and deals and makes great recommendations to fit our needs. We have been coming to Rick for 8 years, and we don't go anywhere else.

Prakash did an awesome job helping me get off an expensive plan onto something that better meets my needs. Patient, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.what more can one ask for!

The guy to go to is Suneet Singh. He is patient and checks and compares all the plans that can save you or your family. He helped me to get a plan that saved me a lot from $115 to $45+ with phone and discounts with FREE wireless IQ buds07 (free warranty for a year if have issues just bring to costco and replace with a new one) and FREE car charger (free warranty for two years and just bring to costco and they will replace it) for each line. He helped us with our four phone lines. He prepared all the phones and inserted the sim card. We are happy customers!? We highly recommend Surneet. I would say he went above and beyond his customer service. I hope Costco will acknowledge his work and promote staff like Surneet!
