Very busy, but the virtual line up is excellent feature as you can go.about your.business throughout Costco and be alerted to when you need to return to kiosk for.your turn. Service was quick by knowledgeable staff, and I walked away with everything I needed.

Went to superstore theyhad the same plan for Less

It was wonderful meeting with Daljinder Singh at the booth. He is very well knowledgeable, understanding and helpful. He just done everything in no time. While he was working, he kept explaining us about the plan. Thanks Daljinder for all your help.

The representative informed me they are busy and won’t be able to serve, I left Costco and after 15 min I get call that I am next in line.

Not a very good experience as person attended has an attitude and not seems to be professional.

I was able to get a great plan and a new phone. The service was good.only thing I didn’t like is although they give you a few free things (wireless earbuds, car charger). I felt like they pressured me to buy an adapter and phone case when I didn’t necessarily need them.

Bad experience as he made us purposely wait for longer time even when it was my time in the line and he is not informative and felt he was bit rude

I waited for 2 hours from the opening of the store to know that they didn't have the phone I wanted and the upto $300 bonus gift card was not for me but for the high price plans only!
They flashed on their screens $300bonus gift card and $50 plans and they displayed all the phone on their kiosk including the one I wanted!
After wasting 2 hours, I came home empty handed. Thanks for wasting my time.

Great service and the guys that work there are great people I highly recommend to anyone looking for great service.

It was excellent. Firstly I give hats up for creating scanning system for getting to the representative.
The Customer Representative, Vaibhav was very helpful and provided us with various options we have. Change over the contract was very smooth.
All this added to saving the time in a efficient way.

The wait was long BUT very worth it. Paul who assisted us gave us a great deal and was very nice and insightful

We got a good deal.for my son's phone line. And a sound and better decision for all my other son's line. Offers are not always available at this kiosk but they guve us alternative means to get good deals in the future.

Satwinder was a really nice guy. He told me to join the virtual line and he would call me when it was my turn and I could shop while i was waiting. Unfortunately he was alone, so it was understaffed which was not his fault. With a promotion going on each transaction took a long time. When he got to me, he put my screen protector on quickly and efficiently. Looks great

Had to wait over 1.5 hours to see a sale representative. Joining a virtual line was a good option but due to promotion one extra staff was required.
I was called twice when it was my turn.

We visited for the first time and executive Akash was so polite and knowledgeable. He offered us the best offer and we were satisfied buying device and offer.
