Wait time is insane, but I knew what I signed up for durimg Black Friday sales. Once it was my turn the transaction was quick. The bonus cash card is great. The people at the kiosk are always super helpful and knowledgeable. The only place we buy cell phones.

Definitely a good experience and largely because Abdul really took the time to listen to my needs and find the best possible deal. He really helped with what I needed and not with something I didn't. His knowledge and passion about phones was quite evident.
Okay, acknowledging that this place is insanely busy and the automated line/queue is painful and poorly run - once you get to the customer assistance team guys like Abdul really make the wait worth it.
I can imagine it's challenging for the team to remain positive through the negatives a busy store brings and commend them for focusing on the customer in front of them.
Definitely recommend this great advantage of Costco - and specifically because of the help I received.

In short, some of the people working there DO NOT respect their customer.

I visited the Wireless in Costco today around 3PM, looking forward to get a good deal for a new phone. I waited in line for a few minutes until my turn to talk with a customer service lady. She asked me if I joined the virtual line, which I didn't and I didn't know I needed. She told me they were closed for today (at 3PM! They close at 8: 30PM) because too many people on the list in the virtual line, and asked me to join the virtual line early tomorrow. Then I took a photo of the QR code and left, planning to join virtual line next day.

Here the drama part comes. When I got home around 4: 30PM, I was curious how many people in line so that they didn't want to give me any chance to talk. I scanned the QR code and registered. There was only 12 people in line! And after only less than 20mins, a man called me saying it's my turn! I told him that his colleague told me I won't get a chance to be served today, so I went back home. He didn't have any intension to explain or apologize for that.

I will never use a company that don't respect their customers.

I went today to check out the boxing week deals. I joined the online queue, went home and came back as my position in the queue was approaching. Yes! There is a long wait but it is totally worth the wait. Deals on phones and plans were amazing and the customer service experience was superb! Azhan assisted me today and made the process smooth, explaining every detail and making sure I could get the best offers available. Very knowledgeable team and enthusiastic even at the end of the day! I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

Absolutely amazing! The staff couldn’t be more friendly and the service is excellent! They made the process of getting a new phone so easy and they are so patient and accommodating. Costco is the only place to shops for phones!

Had a great experience with very knowledgeable and helpful Joey Mleczko @Costco in Burlington. He is great. He gave us a great deal on 4 lines with new phones.

He handled a couple of very irated and impatient clients professionally and with courtesy (the clients were very rude but Joey didn't lose is calm). Highly recommended.

We had Joey from the phone kiosk today and if there were 10 star review I would give a 10 star review. He went above and beyond for my husband and I. He was pleasant with not only us but also with other customers that were trying to skip the virtual line. He showed extreme patience and tolerance with the phone provider when phoning the company.

Customer service was friendly, inviting and super informative. Answered any question I had and if they didn't know the answer they took the time to find the answer. They were speedy without making me feel rushed and gave me options and opinions that I felt I could trust. Definitely a great experience with them today.

Joey at Costco's kiosk in Burlington on Brant St.is amazing! We can't say enough about how pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and patient he was, answering all our questions and setting up a new plan for us, while also setting up our new iPhones. We went in to ask questions and came out with 2 new iPhones and a lot more confidence and knowledge. When Joey had to leave, he filled Dominic in who was also very positive and helpful. It's wonderful to know that we can go back and get assistance if necessary. We have already referred Joey's name and contact info.on to friends who will likely be contacting him later this week! Please give him cudos from us! Thanks.

I first had a phone call with Joey on May 19 and then went into the store the next day. He recognized me from a few questions - the first of many points in his favour. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the phones and recommended two plans to save me money over my current provider. He was very upfront about what I needed and what could wait. The switch from my existing phone to my new one was completely seamlessly and without issue. I would highly recommend this vendor and their staff!

Representative was very nice and helpful. Something I see all your representatives do are simple fixes the owner can do, ie: clear open apps but the may solve the issue but with their speed of doing thing the customer cannot absorb how they did it. If the representative asked or explained how they cleared or did a simple fix I believe the customer would appreciate the how to so that it could be one of the things they try prior to stopping in for help.
Overall I appreciate the time the representative takes to fix each issue I have. They are all very polite and knowledgeable. Thank you

If you are looking for service that goes above and beyond, this is the place. The support and care that my brother, who has special needs, received here was exceptional. He was heard and consulted in a respectful and responsive manner and he got just what he wanted. Change is a challenge for him and this was considered above the desire to sell him a plan and a new phone. Thank you for your kindness.

The staff of this costco are very good. The bad review is for the wireless kiosk's staff, He insisted that we must change the mobile phone plan, if we want to get the boxingday mobile phone offer. Because many friends have used this offer from the other costco, They all keep the original mobile phone plan. So we suggest that he call fido to confirm, or ask other colleagues, but he did nothing and did not give any explanation.
