Absolutely terrific service. Callum is a great addition to the business. He was friendly and helpful.

We have been several times inquiring about a new phone for my husband. We have been given the bums rush quite a few times. The girl today was engaging and did not let us leave empty handed.
I would say it’s a 10/10 experience. I only get my phones from Costco. I have since I got my first I phone 4.

Had super great service today! The Manager and her team at this wireless station resolved my issue I was having with my phone and upgraded my data plan for a better price! Ill never run out of data again!

One of the worst experiences. The staff (lady) doesn’t even know how to check for eligibility. Doesn’t bother explaining products, plans or anything at all. Grunts after you leave. Wasted my hour and half. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Would rather pay more somewhere else than even step here.

The girl that served me was awesome, she explained everything thoroughly. She was also very pleasant and courteous, very happy with the service I received.

Not ideal. Sean was very pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. After an hour for some reason he still couldn’t transfer my data from my old phone. And upon arriving home, I was only in Peterborough for the weekend on a holiday, I discovered he gave me the wrong car charger, it doesn’t fit iPhone. Other than that it was good. But all the deals buying at Costco an extra savings are going to be spent on a new car charger for my phone

I did not get the gift cards as my plan was not high enough. I did not read that in the fine print or was told by the service provider.

Today I purchased a phone from Costco Peterborough, Ontario. The service provided by the Sales Representative Cassia was exemplary! She was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable! Thank you from a technologically challenged person who appreciated absolutely everything about this encounter.

A bit hard to put myself in the mindset of checking in/holding my spot by scanning but I do get it.
In the end Sabrina was wonderful and so helpful with the whole process of upgrading my phone. She was pleasant, understanding and extremely patient, invested in what I wanted and knowledgeable. A very personable Sales Product Informant (More than a sales person but I can’t think of another word). Thank you so much. I will definitely come back.

Great service, very knowledgeable. My request was not easy. Two SIM cards one for Mexico and the other for Canada was executed successfully! I spoke with 3 representatives by phone and in person, each one was very professional. Highly recommend! Thx for the great service!

The staff are always polite and helpful.
The service time however was outrageous because only 1 staff was present. The family ahead of me bought 2 phones and it took an hour to serve them while I was done in under 15 minutes for 1 phone. There's something very wrong with this picture. I understand that hitches happen which increases service time but this can be mitigated by adding more staff especially when there are no shortage of customers coming by the kiosk. Overall, the service time does not fall in line with Costco standards. I would think twice before purchasing from here in future.
