Costco wireless typically has the best deals in my experience, and we have been to others than Costco over the years. We’ve been a cell only family for about 25 years. 6 kids, many lines and devices over the years. Khole (who I dealt w/ today), we have got many phones through over the years, so there is the extra personal connection, plus he’s great anyways.

Kohle’s customer service this week was amazing!
But …. Attending 3 separate times today to get into the virtual line to wait for my turn to simply pick up MY IPad that was already paid for …. And each time took 20+30minutes, I could not wait …. Had to keep coming back.
Terrible set-up. And then once it was finally my turn, on my 3rd return to Costco today, I was then directed with papers to go get into the checkout line-up to simply process the item out of inventory and then back again to the booth to pick up the actual IPad to prove it was processed.
Ridiculous…. Run around!

I went to Costco in Orillia and had extremely helpful and informative service by Justin. He was helpful in reviewing all the plans and explaining the details and walking me through the process. I switched providers in about 15 minutes. I strongly recommend you visit Justin make sure that you have the best value plans on your phone. Thanks
