Amazing service! I had zero help for my tablet! He told me they'll do everything to fix it! Within 2 days it was fixed; it was my daughters tablet.we went in to pay and the man was nothing but amazing towards my child which made me even happier! Needed a screen repair on on my iPhone. Stopped by the store and they were quick and got the job done.

I scattered my Iphone11 screen severely resulting in facial recognition not working. I first contacted Telus my provider on the phone service was told they can't fix my phone since no apple care was on my account. I agreed to pay any charge but they still would not help. I contacted the Telus near my location and was told since the Facal recognition is broken Telus will not fix it. I was recommended to come to Wire Warehouse and to see Ahmad. I came immediately to the store. Ahmad was able to repair my screen in 5 minutes and get facial recognition working again. I am impressed with the amazing work Ahmad performed in repairing my phone back to original working function. I would recommend anyone with any repairs to see Ahmad.

I give this business 10 stars after today's visit. They were the only shop around the city that could help me out right away! Great staff, great quality and great price.

Wireless Warehouse was beyond my expectations! As soon as we walked in, Ahmed, the person working there at the time, was so charming and clearly very competent. The sign in front of their store says "we fix all phones and tablets" and they weren't joking! My friend's phone had water damage and he immediately let us know that the motherboard was fried and that he would fix it within the day if possible. True to his word, he called a few hours later saying the phone was completely fixed and the customer service was beyond excellent. Would definitely recommend this place!

VERY unprofessional. I asked for a screen guard and a cover after a day my screen had a massive air bubble in it because it the screen guard wasn't placed properly, which was very obvious, when I took it back he tells me oh that's how it is, and tried convincing me he did a fine job, when I wasn't convinced I told him I wasn't happy.he very RUDELY grabbed my phone ripped off the screen guard and handed me over the money. He charges $20 for a $10 screen guard TECUMSEH MALL and DEVONSHIRE MALL do a much better job SCREEN GUARD ONLY $10

Went in to get my cell phone charge port cleaned. Old phone, 30 second job. No charge. I know where Im going from now on. Thank You!

Amazing customer service. I previously visited the Howard Ave location for all my cell phone needs and recently visited the Amy Croft location. They diagnosed my phone and did not charge me for a loaner phone while my phone was in repairs. I cannot recommend this place enough. They are knowledgeable and fair.

Dropped phone (s7 edge) off on September 12 was told 5 days to fix and 250 total, didn't get fixed until the 23rd for it to be ready they didn't have the proper back so now I have a Mixed colored phone That I paid $250 plus tax for not the 250 total I was quoted at which when i showed up the tried to charge me 285 plus tax.and watch what they enter into debit machine bc he also tried to charge me a few dollars more when I paid. I will not ever use them again. Could have brought it elsewhere and had it fixed in the proper colour in half the time they took and probably cheaper.
