Wireless Whiz - Mobile Phone Repair

Update to 1 star. Brought iPhone that shut off every 5 mins. They looked at it said maybe battery maybe motherboard can try and fix it. I agreed. When I got the phone back it wouldn’t even load past the Apple and the blamed me and the motherboard. Then tried to upsale me on old phones 300$ for an iPhone 10 and 200$ on a SE.ended up having to buy iPhone 11 off kijiji for 100$.

I had the good fortune of receiving a referral to go to wireless whiz to fix my cell phone. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was having problems with the speaker on my iPhone and they were kind enough to fix it for free of charge. I will definitely be returning here if I have any future issues with my iPhone, and also if I need to purchase a new phone or iPad. I have no doubt they will stand behind the products they sell.

I cracked my iPhone screen and they replaced the screen fast and at a reasonable price. They also installed a new screen protector to help prevent the cracks again.

Went in about half an hour before close with both my front and back screen cracked! They were happy to help me and gave me a deal to have both fixed! Fixed within 30 minutes! Great group of guys! Super friendly and helpful.

I thought my phone wasn't fixable and I was prepared to replace it. Before heading out to buy one, I decided to visit this shop, based on its reviews, to learn if there was anything to be done. Within 5 minutes they pinpointed the problem and did not try to upsell any additional service. They even refused a fee for fixing the problem. Very pleased to have found these guys and highly recommend the shop as a 1st stop for phone repair and accessories. I would give them a 10** review if I could for their friendly, honest, knowledgeable support.

Both my husband and I have gone to Wireless Whiz. I had to get my phone screen as it was badly cracked. They did a great job fixing it and was ready in an hour or so. They checked my husband’s phone because it wasn’t charging properly. They were so quick. Cleaned the charging port for like two seconds and voila! Plus they didn’t charge him. Thanks Wireless Whiz!

Wireless Wiz did what others said they were unable to do. Fix my I pad. They were polite and explained what they thought it was, while others said charging port, they said most likely battery. It took a little longer than I thought, but I am so grateful they were able to get it up and running again, and the cost was less than I had anticipated. Went in on New Year's Eve in need of a S20 Ultra screen repair.staff was friendly and patient. Service came in as quoted, was speedy and the work looks well done! An epically irritating and stressful situation was made a little less irritating and a lot less stressful - would definitely recommend!

5 stars for sure. I had gone to other places to repair my phone and they charged more and also did not have the parts in stock. This place was professional and explained everything to me. The price was extremely reasonable and they had original Samsung parts. I give them an A plus my phone was fixed within 2 hours.

I Was having a problem with my cell phone seeing videos on my phone. I took it somewhere yesterday. I stayed in that place for maybe an hour and a half and still couldn't fix the problem. I came to the Whiz. They got it fixed for me. Thank you sooooo much.

Quick repair of my screen, case and LCD.on my Samsung S7. Though it was a little pricey but did a great job and was friendly. Will return in the future.

They gave me great service. They were respectful & they practiced safe distancing. Only one person was allowed in the shop at a time but there was not a long wait. The shop was clean and the gentleman was helpful and fix my phone

Super fast service. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I broke the glass on my camera on my note 4. It was very well priced. 30$ and I was in and out in 10 minutes, he was friendly, and my camera looks great now.

Very fast and efficient. The price he said is the price you paid, and very reasonable considering. Will go again if needed. My screen was missing chunks out of it along with being shattered, and they had it replaced and I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes.

I have a GS7 Edge. I broke my sim tray and a little piece of the tray was stuck in the phone. They took it apart within 30 mins and put it back. Great quality work and fast. What more could you want?

Highly recommend this place for its great customer service. I had brought my phone in for a fairly minor repair. They turned it around in a couple hours. However, without getting into details something wasn't quite right.
There was no push back or blame game. They acknowledged the problem, took ownership and set out a plan to troubleshoot the problem to find the root cause.
During this time they set me up with a loaner phone. They took about a week to thoroughly troubleshoot and came back with no solution for the problem on the phone.
Without hesitation they offered me an upgrade to make me whole. I walked into their shop with a problem and left with a working phone. I'll be back, and recommend you give them a shot.

This shop had trouble with my phone and needed to ship it out to get it fixed. In the meantime, he gave me a loaner for the week and had mine returned in perfect shape. He even threw in a new case since I had to wait. I would come again in a heartbeat!

Iphone had water damage took it right here down the street from my house and he was able to fix it with no problems and for a great price

I visited the site with sim card expansion adapter the gentleman looked at both my devices tested it and we one have one take and did not charge me for it. I have utilized there services in the past buying a Samsung dual sim phone they transferred everything over. I would recommend them foe sure.

Responded immediately to my phone message. I had a computer problem and they knew how to fix it easily. Did not even charge for their time as it was a simple fix but I could never have done it!

I highly recommend Wireless Whiz, the staff is very friendly and honest. I went in to have my speaker/camera fixed. The staff was honest and said your speaker doesn't need to be replaced it probably just needs to be cleaned. So they cleaned it for me for free and only charged me 100.00 to replace my camera on my samsung note 8. I was so happy and shocked to hear that a new camera repair was only an 100.00. Most other cell phone repair shops wouldn't of been as honest and charge me to repair something that just needed to be cleaned. They also offered to move my data over to my phone for free after my repair is done. I'm very stratified and happy and will defiantly be using them again and suggesting them to others who are looking for repairs. Thank you WirelessWhiz you guys rock! Antonella

Great service, they went out of there way to problem solve and I thought I needed a new charging port. They just cleaned it showed me it work sent me on my way free of charge.

These guys were available same day. They fixed both my iPhone screen and fixed the problem I had where my phone would detect my SIM card. Amazing work, amazing price, and they saved me from buying a whole new phone. 10/10 would recommend.

I was recommended these guys from the Wireless booth at Costco. My phone had water damage and wouldn't stay on. They were honest with me saying that because it was water damage they would try to fix it but wouldn't guarantee it. After a few days they called me to tell it me was ready for pick up. It was nice that they kept it for a while to see if it would continue to work. So far so good, my phone's back to normal again. Thanks.
