Last to last month i bought a new sim card from this place and girl name (Kirti) over there suggest me fido sim and she lied about the long distance calling and then i got extra charges from company now she is not picking any call at all
Worst place with worst people working over there
I am giving one star because i dont have option of 0 star

I went to wireless wave on Black Friday. It was very busy, but Rajveer helped me in choosing the phone and give me the best plan.

We have been served by Amit at the kiosk and he helped us to get the best deal possible. So would like to appreciate his effort for his customer centric approach. All the best to him.

I got service from Mandish. He is very nice to me and gave me excellent service. He knows how deal with customers and dealing with issues very quickly and professionally and very informative. Am very satisfied with his service.

Great experience. Sukhmeet is very caring and responsible in providing good customer service. I bought my phone plan in 2023 and few weeks ago my Friend got his iphone plan at very reasonable deal price.she graciously treats everyone with a smile on her face.

The people who are working they dont have any respect for customers, yesterday i visited there to change the screen protector the guy took phone from me and started entertaining the other customer and i was waiting for the phone to be done. Worst service (Mandish)

Today met with staff member Aditi and she is so cooperative and humble and help me to get a new sim card which suits me the best. Really appreciate that.

Spoke to the representative Sandy on the phone prior to visiting the kiosk in the mall. Sandy was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to make the time to explain all the options for Home Internet promotions in the area. The agents at the kiosk were able to handle many customers at once including us. Will definitely come back and recommend them to friends and family in the area!

Took my 6 small business lines from Komal Marwah. We are associated with her from past 4 years. She always follow up with us whenever our lines are due for an upgrade.
