Very unprofessional service I came here for my phone repair and guy name Dhaval who was talking on his phone with his girlfriend and have no interest in my iPhone 11 and said that charging port can not be fixed, then I went to the next store and they fixed my charging port only in 20min and my phone is working perfectly fine. He wasted my 30min for no reason.

I came in the morning because I just bought a new phone from there the night before and I needed help switching from an iPhone to an android (my text messages were not coming through my new phone) its truly amazing how the level of customer service drops when your no longer buying something. Ragish was more concerned with the employee from the booth who had came in to see him he completely ignored me and walked away as we were in the middle of a conversation. He said that my problem was very true. Thankfully the apple store is also located in square one as it took one of there employees all of 5 minutes to fix my problem.

Never get their insurance it's a huge scam. Rep told me to keep it for a few months and cancel it. When something actually goes wrong with the phone they don't fix it or charge a huge deductible.

Please dont buy anything from this place. I have bought two screen protectors costed me $65 from this place which broke just next week and was under warranty. They did not replace the screen protectors and asked me to contact the manufacturer. They never provide full information to the customers. I would rather go to any other small local shops who are atleast honest and have better respect to the customers
