A lady on the counter is too arrogant. I came for the replacement of my screen glass and she stupidly said that we are busy and she was using her phone. I came all the way back and she refused to help me. I said i can wait for couple of minutes although the store was empty she said she wouldn’t be able to help as the store is super busy.

I went into the mall get a new phone, and they were amazing. The sales person i worked with was exceptionally helpful, and made sure i had everything i needed. She helped me find a phone that was right for me, and walked me through everything. She was exceptionally helpful. I will definitely go here next time I need an upgrade.

Great experience. Was debating getting a new phone and between a couple options. Leah was amazing! She took the time to explain the options and answer all of my questions as well as cater to my specific needs. Leah's level of customer service was spectacular and very rare to find these days. 110% recommend seeing her for any of your cell phone needs.

Tim is a boss! He got me hooked up nice and easy have not had this easy of a phone set up yet plus he hooked me up with a new tablet if anyone needs a new phone or something hit these guys up they are solid!

I have been a customer of Wireless Wave for many years now. I love going to see my “phone guy” Tim Diver, to get the scoop on current promotions at the time my phone contract comes to an end. Tim is always very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. What sets Tim’s customer service apart from just dealing with the phone companies directly is that he actually asks me what my phone needs are before making any sort of recommendations and he takes the time to explain everything to you. (This is also echoed in some of the other comments I have seen on here made by other reviewers)

Recently my husband and I opted to not upgrade our phones but instead wait for better phone selections, while saving money on our monthly bills in the meantime. Tim helped us find a comparable package with a similar carrier, and amazingly a great promotion which would result in our monthly bill amount dropping by a considerable amount. Tim was very detailed to ensure we felt comfortable with making the phone carrier change, explained that the carrier he was recommending uses the same towers and showed us that we wouldn’t be losing any of the features we had previously. I am definitely not as tech savvy as my husband, so I was certainly impressed that Tim was able to tailor his responses to each of us accordingly. I left their kiosk feeling confident about my decisions and happy I wasn’t being pressured into an upgrade when that wasn’t what I wanted.

I was so impressed with my recent experience that I felt I needed to take the time to finally write a review - as great service needs to be rewarded! We often only hear something when an experience is bad, so I just wanted to share just how great Tim & his team at this WirelessWave location is! Way to go & keep up the amazing work - I absolutely will be a future customer!

WOW what can I say but these guys are great. Tim at wireless wave walked us through everything find us the best deal. And what a deal it was.
