I recently went into the Wirelesswave at St. Laurent in hopes of looking for a new phone because mine previously broke and that’s when life blessed me and introduced me to Steve at St. Laurent. I have been going to Wireless Wave for a quite a few years now and I will continue to do so because I have always received outstanding service from Hassan. I am a very picky customer and Hassan always makes sure that I leave the store satisfied. He takes the time to figure out the best deals - and accessories - for my needs. I convinced my mother to switch to a smart phone about a year ago and she was also extremely happy with Hassan's excellent customer service and she was comfortable using the phone since Hassan explained all of it's features to her. Recently, my boyfriend and I were both due for an upgrade and once again Hassan went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy - which is why we still chose to go see him at the store during COVID-19. Overall very nice guy and great at his job!

Going to Wireless has been the best decision I've ever made. The staff are extremely pleasant and polite. They actually listen to you and your needs and get you what you want. They don't try and push you into extras that you don't want, they take time to make sure you understand your contract and ensure you are comfortable with your purchase before leaving. I had an old S4 that was in dire need of retirement! I needed a phone upgrade and a new plan. Ali showed me all my options and helped me choose a phone and plan that matched my exact needs. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional and a great guy to deal with. The only issue we had was that his system was down and he had to contact Fido to get them to enter the data in their system for the new hardware and new plan. Ali spent over an hour with the first Fido rep who still was unable to enter the data for my account correctly. He then contacted a second Fido rep who after another half hour was also unable to correctly enter the proper info on the account. So an hour and a half in and 2 Fido reps later and while Ali was still online with the second rep, Ali's system finally came back online and he was able to enter the correct account info in about 4 minutes flat! (Maybe you should be sent to train some of the Fido reps.they certainly could use a guy like you! Lol) This inconvenience was of no fault to Ali and was strictly precipitated by the lack of knowledge or training of Fido service reps who were unable to complete a simple account transaction that Ali accomplished in literally 4 minutes! Thank you Ali for making sure my account was updated correctly and for showing extreme patience! I love my new phone and am very happy with the great service provided by you. If you need a new phone or a new service plan, hit up Ali. He'll make sure you get exactly what you need at the best price! Thanks again Ali!
