Cassandra was incredible and provided excellent service when upgrading my phone! She was patient and walked me through the different options for my upgrade and plan. Very terrible service, signed up a wifi contract, gave me the wrong motor, when I came back to the store, then told me to wait two hours for another employee to show up and grab the new motor, unbelievable.

Anthony was such a cell phone angel. He was not only helpful and professional but immensely kind. I am not very tech savvy and find these things quite overwhelming and he was patient and unbelievably helpful. As a sales professional myself I greatly valued the care with which I was treated.

If I could give a 6 star review I would. Been searching for a pixel 6 in the GTA for two days and wireless wave in dufferin mall were true on their word when I called them and asked if they actually have one in stock. I went to the mobile shop at multiple locations that the customer service agent said had in stock but they didn’t. So finally going to wireless wave and them having one when they said they would was a relief. Got a free device screen cleaner and screen protector for free. Shout out Anthony

I do not review that often but I just had to for the impeccable service I received from John at this location. He explained everything so thoroughly and ensured I had the best plan that suits my needs. And I got a new phone! I was just so impressed and blown away with his service. I came here 2 years ago and got the best deal for a new iPhone XR plus they gave me like 150? Worth of product. This year 2021, they offered me double the value of the phone as a trade in and $250 worth of product, plus waived the $50 connection fee. They are knowledgeable on what the best deals are available. And because Rogers & Bell own them, they can give you the best deals available at either of those companies. So you don't need to go to Rogers or Bell separately. I called Rogers and they didn't even offer me a deal even close to theirs. So I'm guessing it is the same with Bell. The other thing I love about this place is that they do everything for you! Transfer the data, put on the glass screen (that's a pain to do), put my case on. It's excellent SERVICE where service seems non existent in most stores. If you're looking to switch check them out. They will even tell you when to come back and check in for the better deals like closer to Black Friday or other holidays.

I've been shopping around for better deals for a new phone when I came across wireless wave at Dufferin Mall. I've never shopped here before but I think I would be recommending this location to everyone I know for their cellphone needs. A sales rep named Samuel took the time to show me my options for upgrading to a new phone with Rogers, he made sure that I didn't feel pressured on buying and gave me the confidence to want to come back. I decided to wait it out until March break as I know there might be better deals coming up. Samuel is a great sales representative as he even took my information down to contact me when there are better deals in the market. You don't see passion and determination like that daily anymore and I think he deserves the recognition! 5/5
