Got excellent customer service this evening from Arveen. He got me a great deal on a new phone and plan. I’m paying basically the same price as my old plan, but with a new phone and a lot more data. Also, I was able to get some credit for my old phone trade in, and he threw in an otter-box case as well. I couldn’t be happier. Come see Arveen when hunting for a new plan and/or phone.

Nav from WirelessWave Milton just gave me the best experience I ever had when shopping for a phone and a plan. Not only did he provide honest, courteous, customer service but he went above and beyond to find me a phone deal that was 30$ a month cheaper than any other place I could find.

I dropped and busted my phone went into WirelessWave in Milton mall and Jashandeep and another gentleman were working and absolutely amazing. They tried to get me set up with a new phone but the company I was with wouldn't help me. I left so upset as i got to the parking lot Jashandeep called me and said they can figure out another way to help me. I went back in and they figured out a way to get around my problem with the other company! So they took the time and set me up with another company and got me back up and running. I just want to say thank you so so much you were both truly amazing fantastic people to deal with! I will be sending all my friends and family in to see them when they need new phones!

Puneet was professional and extremely helpful in answering all my questions, as well as getting me set up with a new phone/plan. There were 2 other employees that also helped me when I returned to purchase an extra item. Highly recommend.

If your looking for a Mall that's very quiet and maintained well, the Milton Mall is the place to go. Sit in the comfy chairs and have a coffee or read a book. There are a variety of shops. When you get hungry the teriyaki and Ako Greek is my all time favorite. Try the CHICKEN SHAWARMA POUTINE. Trust me, you will be coming back for more.

The guys are amazing! Whenever I visit the store I always leave very happy. The always take the extra mile to help me out and this is why I always come back. Marius is my go to guy. Even if he is on holiday, he does his best to give me the best deals. And it's true, when compare my plans with my friends, I always have the best. Haisum has also been great when Marius is absent! Had a wonderful experience shopping for my new phone. The Assistant Manager Haisum was an excellent help, great customer service found me an amazing deal on my iPhone Pro max.
