WORST WIRELESS WAVE STORE EVER! Do not go here.today at 6pm only 1 person and looks so slow and does not want to work. Train you staff and hire that are competent or at least wants to work at all!

Edit: My sister came today as well as we just spoke and 1 young guy is there. She tried to inquire but felt the guy does not want to answer or too lazy to work at the moment. You cannot sell or reach the potential of your store with these kinds of employees.you are wasting your money on them and does not care at all.

I have been a customer with this store since 2019. I purchased few new phones and other phone accessories from this store for myself and recommended some friends to this store during these years. They always provide better deals and offers to the customers intermittently. I personally have received some deals from them. One thing I couldn’t forget to mention about them is the great customer service and follow up support. When I experienced some technical issues with my provider (carrier) this store advocated and supported me, especially I could mention the staff ‘Sehar’ one of the sales managers of the store have been available there always to support the customers depending on their needs and priorities with selection of plans, phones, and follow up customer support. Definitely Wireless wave STC is the one of best stores in Scarborough town centre I could recommend for everyone to buy a new phone or exchange and purchase other phone accessories. All of the “employees” love to help. I bought a SIM card from Lucky mobile and they were not able to guide me how to switch esim from 1 phone to another. The worst cellular store I’ve been to in Scarborough hands down. It’s an achievement!

Annoying person working in this store. I don’t know that they are dum or what but I was there for an hour standing and waiting for my phone the sale person ask me to wait and told me that they have the phone what I want but instead of giving it me he asked my personal info and check my account throughly and wrote from my account in his notes and told me he can’t give the phone as he is not feeling safe. I asked him why then he replied that but from the same store from where I bought my other phone I am not sure how companies hire these kind of person as they don’t have any customer experience and sorry I forget to mention the name Obaid.
