Not the same place, just went there on black Friday and got screwed. Been dealing with this place for 10yrs. Like the 2 guys David and Lee very good customer skills. They are not there now, it's not a good vibe place.

Went to them to see if I could get a better deal on a monthly plan. They were able to do a comparison of all the companies and found me the cheapest plan for my needs.

Lovedeep, as his name suggests, has a beautiful, caring heart, so honest, good, generous, and kind. He gave me his number and came in today on his day off to see me for a new phone since my phone was having charging issues and he had too many customers ahead of me near closing time the night before. Rather than seek to make a sale, he puts the customer’s needs first, and first suggested I would save more money if I sought to repair it and even kindly offered assistance and advice in this regard. But since I answered I should like to replace the phone, he sought to offer me a discount through a trade in. When he realized I did not have my old phone or ID (which he would need to set up the contract) or a car, he generously and instantly drove me and my boyfriend to our apartment and patiently waited for us so we could grab these things. Then, out of the goodness of his heart, knowing it could risk his sale, he sought to make sure my phone was truly in need of replacing by trying to charge my phone with his charger and to my amazement it was my charger that was the issue! He then kindly offered to drive us back and order me a new case (since my case was broken and I mentioned I needed a new one and it was an older iPhone so those cases aren’t typically sold in stores) and sold us a new charger they had in stock. Such honesty, generosity, and caring customer service is unlike any I have ever received. From now on, my boyfriend and I only wish to buy our phones from Lovedeep at Wireless Wave in the Lynden Park Mall (Branford, Ontario) and will recommend him to anyone we know in need of a new phone.:) Thank you so much, Lovedeep! <3

Recently did a huge upgrade of 3 cell phones for our family. Had the pleasure of dealing with Shelby, and talk about amazing customer service. I had been in awhile ago, in no rush to make any changes, but she had taken my info, incase anything good came down in the way of offers and sales. Sure enough, I get a call, letting me know of the incredible offer to upgrade our phones, plus make a huge change to our plans, to save us quite abit of money.

Came into the kiosk, and Shelby had all the info ready for us, to show us our current plan, and what the new plan had to offer, plus the cost savings with it. She was so patient and helpful setting up the 3 new phones, and the plans to go with them, as well as getting the accessories we wanted and so much more.

She went out of her way to make sure we had everything in place before we left, and even did a follow up a couple of days later, to make sure we were good, and that everything had worked properly with the upgrades, and transfers to the new phones.

It was extremely helpful of her to go over the new plans, explain everything, as well as taking extra time with some of the questions we had with the plan for our daughter. She was beyond patient, especially with the amount of time she had to spend on the phone with Rogers, to get all the options and upgrades we were eligible for, and have them inplace before we left, so we wouldn't have to call and deal with "customer service"

I’m that guy, the one that shows up 30 minutes before close desperately looking for a new phone. Shelby was courteous, professional and even though it was right to the wire she made every effort, including running quickly to the other store to grab the model of phone I wanted. Finishing right at close with me heading home with my new phone. An all star for sure, take care of this one because she has the best attitude and knows exactly what needs to be done. Clearly customer obsessed and willing to go the extra mile for the customer, well done Shelby!

First time at this location and it didn’t disappoint. We had to upgrade 6 phones at the same time, Manda made it go quick and smoothly. Everyone is happy with their new phones, we will only go here in the future! Thank you Manda!
