Nav, it's the greatest seller in my life. She helped me sort out all my questions regarding the company I was with and also helped me arrange an excellent new service, with which I received many bonuses and a good price for services in the future.

I know that it's was difficult for her, and it took a long time, but she did everything in her power for me.

Sorry to have to post this review here, I have nothing against Wireless Wave. I couldn't find their competitors, Wireless Minus at this location here, so I'll leave it here instead.

DO NOT GO WITH WIRELESS PLUS! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
(Don't be confused with Wireless Wave, those guys are legit which is why I'll give them a 5 stars. This is more of an awareness post for consumers to not go to Wireless Plus)

Those guys over at Wireless Plus screwed me over out of $25.00 for a wrong tempered glass screen protector. It's for the Samsung Galaxy A32 5G, my phone is a Galaxy A32 4G. These guys simply don't care and will try to scam you out of your hard earned money if you're not paying attention. If you do try to confront them and ask for a refund even though their receipts say "NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGE ON UNUSED ITEMS AFTER 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE", bring someone along with you just in case they try to pull a fast one on you.

Wonderful service and support from Vince and Vikas. Sold us the best plans and phones for our needs and set up our new phones so we are all set. Thank you.

One of the worst place I had ever visited. Wrong Promotions and they don't let us know the real deals. These store Reps are not customer oriented and they are behind the sales only. Dont be fool here. Always go for the One brand store than many.

Wirelesswave where you will get it store credit that's what makes it different then other provider it got Bell Rogers Fido Virgin Mobile chatr mobile and lucky mobile the service is best please go ahead and check it out I recommend to go buy from wirelesswave because in order to compete others with the similar provider they give in-store credit means free stuff for you to get all you have to do is just to pay tax suppose if they give you $200 in store credit out of $200 shopping you will only need to pay $26 and in that shopping you will have your Bluetooth headphones your case your protector and lot of the stuff that you like to have

This kiosk has very good service. Had my SIM card replaced few months ago and everything went fine. The employees are very competent and polite.
