Very bad dealing with them, they have a guy (Roda) he is very rude and no professional behaviour or kindness gave from his side

Recently have purchased a phone for my daughter has a iPhone 14 promax and they sold me stolen phone because we took it from them after one week we try to put the Sim card is not accept taking inside and it’s showing me SOS when we find out from the bell said this phone is stolen. The ID does not match in their files because EMI does not match the bell installing stolen forced to everybody. Please do not buy it. Do not buy any kind of phone from there by the service don’t mind, but don’t buy any phones. If your buyer put the Sim in front of them and see what it is working or not, that’s the best way to find out the truth and honesty of anybody service who doesn’t matter who is that?

Recieved horrible service. Went to ask about a phone deal and the person told me the deal I was talking about doesn't exist, even though I personally have it and instead of showing other phone plans, he was convinced that he needs be right and show us that it doesn't exist. Also raised his voice and caused a scene as well. Told us we need to respect him even though he was the one raising his voice at us

I dont want to give even a single star.i bought my phone on 27th may. That day girl name gurleen told me my total plan will be of 131$ including tax phone, plan and insurance, i paid downpayment also and now my money is deducted thrice in week more than 200$. Now they have no answer they are saying that your plan changed now you have to pay nearby 180$ per month.they are big liers when m asking to talk with manager they are saying our manager is not here he will come next week.dont trust on wireless wave they are big liers.i dnt want phone from u take your phone back and return my money.they are telling something else and in bill its different bill.

Staff is no good. They telling lie and sell the data plan.i bought two lines $45 per month 20 GB with bell. But we received two bill $55. Then we talked two time they said we will fix but did not solve the situation. Never recommend
