He made sure my promise was fulfilled and got me two 13pro where the wait time was 6 weeks with other stores! And gave me the best deals possible. That guy needs a big raise!

Great service especially by the sales manager Andrew, He took his time and explained the plans to us and helped us with the best plans we visited a lot of places but didnt find the best plans, but we really like the service of Andrew.

These guys need to get trained in proper customer service. He would help me, and then the moment another customer comes to talk to him, he’d just automatically focus on them when I was trying to get set up with a plan. Ended up going to the actual carriers & got better service there. Customer service is trash at wireless wave.

Called them on the phone to get something canceled. Horrible customer service. I was explaining to him the steps I had already taken and the response I got was that I wasn't listening and do I want help or not? But when my husband got on the phone with him, sweet as could be and complaining about how much I didn't listen. They need to be trained better. This is ridiculous that I have to get my husband to get good service. Do better.

I went in on Monday July 13th because my phone wouldn't charge and I spoke to Cole zeldin, and unfortunately they hadn't opened yet from the closure dues to covid. But that didn't stop Cole from popping onto the computer and seeing about my account and helping me figure out what could be done and he told me that if I came back Tuesday july 14th they would be open so I got there right at 10 on Tuesday and cole was so great and helpful, he truly is not just an amazing rep he is truly a kind caring man, he went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you so much cole for all your help!

Got a new 11 Pro with Cole. Originally wanted 256gb but Cole took his time to explain how iCloud storage works and i agreed that it would save me money to get the 64 and buy icloud storage. Cole was very knowledgeable and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!
