Called the store to confirm if they had a phone in stock, they said they did and made me rush from Gatineau to come pick up the phone. On my way to the store they called me again to find out where I was. Finally got to the store for them to tell me that they don't accept Gatineau residents! I told them you could have at least told me on the phone before I drove 45 minutes. She then told me well I didn't know and I didn't even take my lunch because I was waiting for you. If I could give this store a minus it definitely deserves it! Waste of time and gas!

Loved the store and it’s representatives! Abdul is a fantastic guy, he helped me and my wife to get a great deal on the mobile plan and on phone too. Would highly recommend to visit the store if you are looking for mobile plan or a new phone.

Don't purchase anything from this store Abdul (store manager) fake promises for giving you cash back after chasing for 3 months and wasted my time by following up with them going to store checking up on my cash back every month. They have now given me the cashback on my network. Which make no sense I would have earn money by working extra hour at job. I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this store.

They are excellent at finding you the best deals out there. Ibrahim at Billings Bridge assisted me this afternoon and I could not appreciate his knowledge, patience and support more. He is so friendly as well. Please make sure you go to wireless wave first before you get a phone plan.

Worst customer service ever. Abdul is so rude and unprofessional. He would leave you in a middle of the conversation and go to another customer because she is a female or speaks his native language.

I came to this WirelessWave to switch phone providers and I was very happy with the customer service provided to me by Pooja. She was very professional and succinct, which was very convenient to me as a customer. All the associates were very welcoming and needless to say I would recommend this location to anyone.

Worst experience ever, they promise too much and deliver less. I got promised International minutes turned out that the guy working in the store gave me false promise.
And also ended up keeping a phone which is not my choice. Long story short if you want buy a new phone and connection from any provider like Roger's, fido, virgin etc get it from them.what happens if you buy from theese guys is, they don't do anything and the provide give you services and replacements for those bought directly from them. BY THE WAY (FYI) THEY DON'T FOLLOW 30DAYS RETURN POLICY

I came into the store yesterday due to the signs stating this store had unboxing day sales. I had the pleasure of dealing with Abdul. He is PHENOMENAL! He listened to what I wanted and offered an alternative when he didn’t have what I wanted in stock. He was funny, informative and great to work with. He is so helpful! He also hooked me up with his work number and I had a question so I texted him. He replied instantly with all the information I was looking for and still offers to help me if I have further questions. He truly is amazing and I think everyone should go and ask for him. I see him being a manager one day as he has what it takes and you can tell he has major customer service and leadership skills. I can’t thank him enough. Thank you so much Abdul! I will be sending all my friends and family to him.
