When I got my first phone bill, I spoke to another male representative for the unexpected cost of long distance phone calls. At sign up I got 1000 free international phone call minutes, but this guy told me that these minutes are the “preferred rate” and said “nothing is free”. He didn't bother to check with Arman or tell me to wait till the next day when Arman would be back to the store.
