Jimmy (manager) has been amazing at communicating the phone deals and handled all my requests in a professional and pleasant manner. He is my go to man for all phone inquires!

I went into the store to get a new provider and I didn’t realize it was Black Friday, it was very busy but I got excellent service from a young man named Daniel. He was polite, friendly and very efficient! If I ever need anything re my phone again I would definitely go back to Daniel.

I have signed up with Efren back in Taste of Lawrence for Rogers $65/1.5G plan in Jul 2023 and the installation fee was said to be waived. However, I was charged $173 for installation fee and charged $141 per month. It has been three months and Rogers is so INCAPABLE that can’t get the bill fixed.

ASH WAS ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT I WAS WITH public mobile and I did not know my account number And I was really worried that I would have to change my number, but Ash used my pin and kept my same number and given me an amazing plan I would recommend Ash if you go to the wireless wave, she's simply amazing outstanding customer service

Jimmy is the iPhone God! Rogers can be such a pain to deal with at times and sometimes not always have your best interest when it comes to upgrade or changes in the account. But the willingness Jimmy shows is amazing, he stayed on the phone with Rogers and handled everything all I had to do was sit back and choose which colour iPhone I wanted! The best deals, the best service, and the best phone plug ever! Jimmy you the best!

Scam, please run the opposite direction
I have filed an official complaint to consumer protection law against them. They forced fed me a plan that is a way higher than they promised. When I approached them the next day regarding the issue the representative instead of helping us was busy selling houses on phone (real state representative i guess)
He denied any help about the issue and avoided us saying that's his colleague who sold the plan not him. So he has nothing to do with us.
The rudest individual I have ever met in any wireless connection store.

I lost my phone, which I found I found later.in a rush I went to wireless wave. Their customer service is unmatched, these are real entrepreneurs, who recognize service excellence. This type of service you can't even get on bay street! Go here for anything phone related! 5 stars

It took 2 hours just to get a sim card
We provided all the details but they always have issue processing the requests

Went into Wireless Wave to replace my phone and received amazing customer service from Jeffrey. He found me great deals on my plan and phone and explained everything perfectly. He was very thorough and didn't rush through anything. I will definitely come back here for anything I need in the future.
