I visited the Wireless Wave in the? ? This week, and received such great Customer Service from? And staff members (* sorry if it is spelt wrong, I need to locate your card).

He was very efficient with the help he provided and was able to answer all my questions. It was a great shopping experience, and I left knowing more about my device. Very professional service

We were trying to help a refugee with her cellphone challenges.the kiosk associated with her provider were useless, we went to my provider who after hearing the challenges, she smiled and said i know who can help and walked us over to Wireless Wave and introduced us to Shadi. What a wealth of knowledge and connections! He reached out to tech support for her provider (which oddly the providers kiosk.couldn’t do) and he managed to resolve all of her issues and helped upgrade her device. Shadi is my new found wireless Sherpa!
