Got my first phone just over a week ago, and as someone with anxiety I was extremely nervous. Kristen made the whole experience much more comfortable. She was very friendly and helpful and was very patient with all my questions due to nerves. Definitely happy with the service I experienced. Thank you, Kristen!

Abhi was very helpful and patient as the Rogers network was a little slow on a busy Black Friday. I wound up walking out with a new phone and a free promotional tablet, along with many other in-store accessories that I got with the store credit I received for taking out the new phone. Overall the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend Wireless Wave to anyone!

Today at wireless wave in Pembroke; Kristen (store manager) and Ebi (wireless wave rep) made a usually anxiety ridden process absolutely wonderful.

Every time I’ve gotten a new iPhone which usually is piggybacked by a plan/contract only a rocket scientist could understand, I’ve walked away occurring fees and not even understanding what I’ve committed too. I was super stressed as my career does not allow me to not be reachable and all my loved ones live far away. My phone situation was a daily stressor that was compounding and I felt trapped!

Long story short wireless wave pembroke, Kristen or Ebi. You will leave happy! This has been beyond a dream. 10/10 def recommend!

The service I received at the Pembroke mall today was beyond exceptional. The gentleman working there was kind and extremely patient. In my opinion that type of service lately is so rare. Thank you simplifying the process for me.

Abhi is highly recommended! Had sooo much fun shopping. Michael the boss there, helped and intervened when needed to make this a special purchase! They have a lot of great promotional prices. We were shocked how little we ended up paying! All the billing is exactly explained, given in writing. Then when you are done: you have a perfectly organized product, you can use immediately! Stopped by Wirelesswave today to ask about my screen protector! I left with a new phone new case screen protector and a big smile! Kristen could sell me anything! Just had the BEST experience at the Pembroke location with the female manager (I forget her name.sorry) and Mike lol
Was not getting anywhere with Roger's in the mall, but decided to stop at this kiosk and they solved my dilemma and saved me about $400! I couldn't be more happier!
