I had a pretty poor experience working with the staff at this store. The biggest frustration was their unprofessionalism in following through with their word.

I went to the store that day to switch to a new carrier and phone plan. During the visit, they encountered an issue that had to do with the carrier and said that they would take care of it later that day and communicate back to me once it was done. The rep (Dhruv) also gave me his contact card in case I needed to follow up.

I waited and waited and I never received any communication later that day. When I called/texted my contact, I also got zero response (see photo). Since I was not getting adequate communication, I took the matter into my own hands and contacted the carrier myself the next day. This led me down a series of complicated technical issues around phone number porting that all could have been avoided if the store actually answers their phone, the rep was responsive, etc. When I did finally get in contact with Dhruv the next day, he said that I didn’t need to do any of that because he left it with one of his colleagues to take care of. I kept thinking… well gee… maybe you could have just picked up your phone or answered your text so that I was aware?

In the end, everything got resolved but only after hours of back-and-forth conversations with me and various support reps over the phone. I even had to go back to the store because of the mess that was made in porting my number. The person working at the time was not the most helpful in answering my questions and even had to send me to the Virgin Plus store next door where I thankfully got the help I needed.

Lesson learned: AVOID Wireless Wave and just go directly to the cell phone carriers.

Riyad was very helpful and very patient. He answered all our questions and found a plan that was works really well for us. Definitely recommend going here.

I had the pleasure to speak with Mr. Zulkifal Bhatti who is the sales representative and manager as well I believe. He gave me a great deal for each of my properties via internet and gave a great cellphone plan. In total I am now saving a few hundred dollars each month.

Words cannot truly express how grateful I am to Mr. Bhatti. I even got great service when I needed help out in cottage country.

The staff here are quite professional and accommodating. If you have any technical problems with your phones or need to purchase any sorts of gadgets, you can approach Mr. Sourabh easily. He is the most outstanding employee here. You will certainly have the best customer service experience with him.
