Destiny was amazing. We had been paying astronomical bills and weren’t having much luck upgrading or changing our plan at the local cell phone place or by calling the provider. My screen protector was under warranty, but because their terms and conditions changed I have to order it myself and pay shipping. I might as well purchase a new protector. I'm disappointed because these were not the terms I was under when I orginally purchased the warranty. I will not be giving them my buisness anymore. So disappointing when a company can't honor the orginal agreement.

I can’t rave enough about the customer service here! Destiny took her time and was very patient with me. She went above and beyond to help me not just find my dream phone, but in my favourite colour too! I got the iPhone 13 with an excellent deal as well. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
