My boyfriend and I walked in visiting from out of Country and we met Tia. She was wonderful from the start. We probably talked for about 30 minutes or more. We came back later that night and Dmitry (I apologize if the name is misspelled) but he was fantastic. He did 2 amazing tattoos in about 2 hours. Upstanding. Next time I’m in Niagara I will definitely be visiting them again.

Nice atmosphere. Workers are very nice and practised safe and sterile piercings. However my main reason for 3 stars is because our first visit we had an appointment booked for 5 showed up and no one was there, called and they said they ran out to Tim Hortons for supper said should be there soon, waited for another 20mins before they showed up. They took a walk in first which made us not get into the chair until 5: 45. Two weeks after a belly piercing the ball on the jewelry kept falling off and the piercing did fall out, we called and they got us in to exchange the the jewelry. Not two days later the ball fell off again while shopping and needed to get it replaced again. Ended up going to a different piercing place and paid for a better quality belly ring where the ball actually locks in and isn’t like the cheap Ardene belly rings that they supplied.

We called looking for a walk-in while in town on vacation, but there was no answer. Within 15 minutes we had a call back from the owner to schedule tattoos for my partner and I that day. The shop was incredibly clean, accommodating, and the tattoos look fantastic on us! If we're back in Niagara Falls we'll be back here!

I love my new tattoo, the shop is perfect to go to, the inside looks really nice and modern, they have great helping staff who made me feel great about getting my tattoo, I was a little scared getting one on my neck, but they did a amazing job I would 100% recommended to anyone wanting a new tattoo,

My boyfriend and I popped in to Wise Guys after hours for matching tattoos. My boyfriend went first (also his very first tattoo) and the artist did an amazing job! While he was tattooing my bf, I got a chance to speak to Mad Dog and honestly I felt like I was at home. Everyone in the shop last night were so welcoming and accommodating. Mad Dog, thanks brother for the help with the price that meant the world to us. And the gentlemen that tattoo'd us, thank you. You did an amazing job on both of us and it was easy to share personal life struggles with you and I left with a great tattoo and a sense of hope. Thank you to all of you and I hope I have the chance to come back again!

Few days ago I went to wise guys studio to get my lips pierced, I was happy with the result and nice staff, so I decided to get my tattoos there. Today I went there and I got my tattoos by Jeff. He is nice guy and he did a great job! Thank you Jeff. Also the owner of the place is very nice and cool guy who welcomed me nice! Thank you wise guys studio for your great job

I am NEVER getting a tattoo here again. Very unprofessional and unsanitary. One of the gentlemen there was doing my tattoo and while doing my tat, he keeps staring down my shirt which made me uncomfortable. That isn’t the worst part yet, after paying 250 for a tattoo that only took 20 min I went home and my tattoo got infected. No bandage or anything was put over it. The colours were leaking into each other. I wish I could post the pic on here to show you how badly infected it got. I seen roaches crawling around in their washroom and who knows if they even sterilized their needles or are reusing them. I had to take antibiotics oral and topically for this infection. When I mentioned it to him about the infected tat and the ink bleeding he just told me it will heal and to come back after it heals. I am traumatized by this and never going there again.

Purple was my artist here and he was fantastic and precise. Shop owners are very good with customers

I came to Niagara on a trip with my friends and decided to have a spontaneous tattoo done, so I came here.

Although it was my first tattoo and I was not completely prepared, obviously in the first hour there were some complications occurring. Despite that, they were professional and patient through it all. I was surprised and happy throughout that whole experience!

You can tell that they are very passionate, love what they do, and do their best to provide you the best experience and best art they can produce, whether its a walk in or a booked appointment. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone and will definitely come back!

I am from Hamilton and was in Niagara for the day. So I thought why not get my 2nd Post Malone inspired tattoo on Friday the 13th. They were able to schedule me in later in the afternoon, which worked out perfectly. They are professional and friendly. I was able to meet and get my tattoo done by Carlos Sanchez. I am very happy how my tattoo turned out.

Workers here are sick. All professionals, very sanitary, great environment, just a great experience overall. Shoutout to Sanchez for doing my ink. Was very detailed and wants to perform the best work for his customers.

These guys were rude, we booked and appointment online and we showed up for our appointment for them to tell us we were lying about the appointment. And a bunch of confusion. The guy even came out and cussed out my friend. This is not professional by any means and will not recommend this establishment to anyone!

I came here to get matching tattoos with my friend (something we'd planned since we were 16) and our artist was super professional and his work was phenomenal. Overall the studio was a very welcoming and friendly place. They made us feel comfortable and at home, I'll definitely be coming back!

From the beautiful woman behind the desk, to the picture perfect work that Brandon did; this shop makes getting a tattoo the most comfortable experience possible. I’m a firm believer in “you get what you pay for” and coming from out of town to get pieced up by Brandon was 1000000% worth it!

Not only is the shop unbelievably clean/sanitary - they are super accommodating with anything you can possibly need. They even offered to get me a drink and food from Tim Horton’s! (That’s just how kind the culture is there)

If you’re a fresh canvas getting your first piece or someone adding to your collection: Wise Guys is 10/10 across the board. My brother and I had a great time and we’re both ecstatic with Brandon’s work on our bodies

My friend and I decided to do a last minute trip to Niagara Falls for tattoos.
We read reviews on every place around and did our homework as there’s no going back once you’re inked, unless you wanna pay a fortune for tattoo removal.

We found Wise Guys tattoos. Absolutely the best tattoo shop in Niagara.
We entered the shop and we’re greeted immediately with a warm welcome.

I had Brandon do my tattoo and the experience of being tattooed was amazing. Brandon did a custom tattoo for me of a hummingbird and one of my granddaughters name. He is an incredible artist! He also did a custom piece for my friend on her arm and shoulder. Pics below.
Brandon is professional, humble and extremely respectful.
Ohhhh and I should mention he’s very cute & sweet.

People were very nice however, they are over priced. Got a black simple tattoo and was in the chair maybe 30 minutes and was charged $200. Website says $120 an hour. Would not go back here.

I am a local resident of the area. Quite fussy about this area of business. I personally met with the owners. I was very impressed with their level of professionalism, and whom they hire. I was well attended to from start to finish. A graphic artist sat down with me first.he put my plan together on the computer which was most impressive, he then collaborated with my artist who diligently worked to ensure all specs were to my satisfaction (He did a cover up). I highly recommend this terrific team. I'm thrilled with the outcome.
