I love Wishing Well Dental office! I was referred by my friend to there for teeth cleaning, the environment was so clean and I was feeling comfortable, all the employees were so friendly, after teeth cleaning, Dr. Sabina checked my teeth carefully! I am going to have my teeth cleaning here later in the future!

They are the best team! Especially assistant Sharon! My mom doesn’t speak English and Sharon helped her from the beginning to the end. Filling out forms, step by step instructions. Amazing! Well deserved 5 stars services!

Availability for evenings and weekend times. I feel comfortable with their input and worked well in bringing me to a clean healthy stage. My teeth have never been better. Very good reminder text and contact for reminders of appointments.

I had a really bad experience today. I called in 20 minutes before my appointment to let them know I will be late and I also asked them if they would like to cancel the appointment as I am okay with that, they said to still come over. When I got there, Sharon started shouting at me even though we were at the dentist seat by 4: 22 and she was saying look at the weather, I need to go back home even though they had a 5pm appointment. I told the doctor not to start and we can reschedule but doctor insisted on taking my son but Sharon was just shouting like crazy as if the weather was really bad. It snowed for like 10 minutes. We were done by 4: 58 and out of the place by 5: 02. I am really sorry but I had to share my experience as Sharon really messed up my evening. She shouted 3 times and this is unacceptable.

The entire team at wishing Well dental is amazing. They are kind, gentle and professional. I love that they give you all options for your dental care and I have never felt pressured to try treatment I wasn't comfortable with. They have modern equipment and a bright office.

I have been a patient of Dr Jethwani since March 2013, I have always received excellent dental care, I even moved my family over to her clinic, I live in Toronto work in Mississauga sometimes takes me an hour and half to get to her clinic but I still go to her clinic and will continue to be her patient.
I have had to reschedule my appointment last minute a number of times and they would do it in a heart beat, all her staff are amazing ready to help in anyway that they can. Keep up the good work!

Wishing well Dental is hands down one of the best dental offices I have attended. The entire staff is great and books your appointments around your schedule so you can have the best experience you can have. Dr. Jethwani is very knowledgeable and takes great pride in her work. Dr. J and her team are great with the children. They are patient and joke around with the children to make them calm.

I stumbled onto Wishing Well and Dr. Jethwani because I was experiencing pain and they were able to see me that evening. The staff was friendly and I truly appreciate them fitting me in last minute. Dr. Jethwani was very thorough and took time to explain what was going on and presented me with a few treatment options.

I get nervous when I go to the dentist but they were able to put me at ease and even had me laughing.

Each time I visit Dr. Jethwani and her staff I am met with exceptional service and promptness. The team executes each procedure professionally and courteously in an organized manner. The communication from staff to patient is excellent and one never feels rushed during the procedures. I am extremely confident in their competency level and would highly recommend their services.

I stumbled across Wishing Well Dental on my way to see my physiotherapist. The office looked really well-kempt and the 5 minute drive was much more convenient than the 1.5 hour drive to my other dental location in Toronto. So I decided to give it a try, best dental decision ever. I was really surprised by the patience, service, and care provided by the team:
Starting with Heather (receptionist) who was always responsive on the phone, made sure that every procedure you're coming in to do was clear, and was always very accommodating with scheduling;
The oral hygienists who were very patient, kind, and took their work seriously with a high standard in quality;
Dr. Jethwani who's very easy to talk to, very informative and transparent with anyone's dental situation, how to improve it, and she operates with precise precision to ensure little pain and that her integrity of the highest standards are met. The whole team, overall, is very welcoming.

1. My first visit involved a new patient exam and cleaning, which went very well as aforementioned above. Dr Jethwani recommended that I use the best toothpaste brand in the market - 'Prevident' 5000 and to floss everyday. I only got the toothpaste, cause I hated flossing. I also realized just how much my last dental location was ripping me off; they were rushing every patient, cleaning lasted less than 10 minutes, and I was charged a ridiculous price for the service provided.
2. The second visit went just as well, but there was an instance where my insurance couldn't cover my dental procedure, and considering my university status, I had trouble covering the whole procedure. Acting with sympathy and compassion, Dr. Jethwani helped to waive some of the fees, but only if I promised to floss everyday, which I still hated doing. - I succumbed and agreed. I'm still grateful to this day for her kindness:)
3. My third visit, 6 months later, my oral health has really improved and I feel my teeth getting stronger from the fluoride in the prevident 5000, and, yes, also from the flossing. Cleaning went as per standard.
4. One day, my mom had a dental emergency - her teeth was causing problems and she thought she had to pull it, so I referred my mom to Dr. Jethwani, but due to some inefficiencies of not being able to communicate fluently in English, she was anxious. Sharon, a dental hygienist, was very kind and informative, and she was supporting my mom through the whole procedure and translating everything that Dr. Jethwani said during the cleaning. My mom felt really welcomed and enjoyed the overall experience so much that she immediately switch to this dental location, likewise. Just like me, she felt betrayed by the old dentist location who immediately suggested to pull the teeth while Dr. Jethwani was actually able to save it.
5. My aunt also heard about the good news, and she signed up as well!
Overall, the empathy, compassion, and care provided by Wishing Well Dental and their team is unmatched. Even without insurance, I would continue to come every 6 months because of the great cleaning and care offered by the team towards their client's dental health.

I found Wishing Well Dental completely by accident. I was looking for a close location to take my mother, who has Alzheimers, for some dental work. The offices are clean and well kept. Everyone is so kind, friendly and helpful, from the receptionist, to the dental hygienist, to Dr. Jethwani. Dr. Jethwani spent time explaining everything to us and going out of her way to make sure my mother was well cared for. I will absolutely be taking my mother back for regular dental visits! Thank you for all you do!

Yesterday was my 1st visit as a new patient and I was thoroughly impressed from the time I entered to checking out. Very pleasant décor and the dental equipment is cutting edge compared to the previous facility I was a patient at. The staff are competent friendly and caring. Dr. J (as she's known) spent several minutes giving me a detailed appraisal of where I'm at with my teeth. All in all I'm very satisfied with their service and have no reservations of going back:)

Every time I see Dr. Jethwani and her staff I know that I am in good hands. The environment is welcoming and they make me feel like family! I live in Richmond Hill and drive to Stouffville to come to Wishing Well Dental! They really decrease my anxiety because I know they will take good care of me!

My husband (Craig) kids and I have been patients of Dr. Jethwani for roughly four years, since our move in to Stouffville. We have had nothing but exemplary service and treatment from Dr. J and her staff. My husband has had dental emergencies that Dr. J has treated, fitting him in to her schedule last minute and going out of her way to ensure he received the best care possible. She and her staff are amazing with our children! Our eldest has had work done on his molars and Dr. J and staff reassured him during the whole process, topping off his experience with the surprise chest at the end of each appointment. Ive been coming here since it open, for me its a 1stop shop, dentist & doctor all in the same building. Staff here r really friendly & tend to ur needs, service is prompt, clean, the staff are proffessial & willing to go that extra mile to convience u. Now that i found my dentist for the rest of my life its 1 less thing to worry about. Dentist is very knowledgeable, experienced & proffessional & if u want or need some humour, there is that here too. I highly recommend this place. Give it a try, u will never wanna go anywhere else, once u have been here.
