Today from wizard carpet and rug cleaning I had Ian remove a carpet stain in the main bedroom. He came to the door with a smile and greeted my dog to be comfortable and also took time to speak to me to make me feel comfortable having someone in my home. He then described what he was going to do and showed the cost upfront, which I appreciated. He then spent the time removing the stain, keeping my house clean and then went over what he did. What can I say about the Wizzard? Ian is absolutely amazing! We have a naughty little puppy that likes to make a mess of our carpet and Ian always works his magic. He is a joy to have in our home and we cannot thank him enough!

I am embarrassed to admit that we haven’t had our white carpets cleaned in almost 10 years, so Ian certainly had his work cut out for him! Lots of areas of staining and overall wear, especially with having young kids and a dog.
