Great place to take younger kids to cool off on a hot day in the summer. You do have to pay for parking.

Lived in this area for so long, never seen this development ever, but when I did I was surprised to see a beautiful water park.

Nice place for a cool down, always filled with kid's! And a great place to cool down your pooch on a hot summer's day!

Splash pad, basket ball court, kids play area, soccer ground, walking-running track, can play cricket and volley ball too. Nice place

Good for children. There is a jogging track and a basketball court. There a multiple games court too. If you are looking for a sprinklers for your child then this park is for you.

Woburn Park is very close to 50 Tuxedo Court building but I have not traveled through Woburn Park recently as I am going to St Thomas More Catholic Church because the priest is a Muslim by the name of Aegidius Warsito from Guyana (South America).

It's nice in the morning or evening just not when too many people are there. Small park, school backs onto it and it's better during the quiet times because it's kind of small.
