My husband and myself attended the Lawyers office to sign the papers for the purchase of a house in Port Perry and the sale of our condo in Pickering. A very pleasant professional gentleman called Jaimin went over all the papers with us. He was very patient and made sure that we understood what we were signing.

Another lady called Debbie did a lot of work making us an appointment at the Lawyers office, sending us numerous documents by email and phoning us to let us know how things were going. She was most helpful with our questions.

Came recommended by a colleague for a new home purchase. Fees were competitive, but experience was below average. There were multiple duplicative emails asking for things that were already completed; however, this was more of an annoyance than anything consequential. There was issues with the transfer of closing fees, which were ultimately my responsibility, but oversight and false assurances from the firm didn’t help and ended up in significant penalty fees. Another oversight in the negotiated warranty almost cost me an essential repair; luckily, the builder was kind enough to overlook it. Ultimately, I did close on the house, but I would have chosen another firm in retrospect.
