Wok Box - North London

The portion was very small, had "sumo" size Pad Thai and Dan Dan noodle take out, but the actual portions were pathetic for how it was named, small or regular size at best compared to other restaurants. Both were Asian fusion not authentic at all the pad Thai tasted ok but I can't say the same with the dandan noodle it was awful, I hate wasting food but after many attempts I throw the whole box away. And they are little on the pricey side also. Absolutely not again.

The food was 35 minutes late and luke warm. Pot stickers were chewy; not appetizing. Sumo box was 95% noodles and hardly any meat or vegetables. Noodles were gummy. Have thrown most of it out. Wasted $45. Surprised it was so bad.

As per the owner's reply I would have come in or picked it up but when you have covid you can't be out. That was very rude to make comments that everyone has the ability to drive to his store. Driver issue is no excuse for lack of meat and vegetables in the food.

We are regulars and not just because the food is always great, but the great staff and excellent service. We had the sweet and sour crispy chicken, the warwonton soup and an order of potstickers. Each was hot, fresh, and delicious. Again, the friendly staff make it a great experience! Thanks for ALL the great food treating us so well.

I recently visited Wok Box, and I have to say, it was a great experience! The food was delicious - I had the Singapore Cashew and it was so flavourful. I ordered the sumo size which was just enough for me. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is lively. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tasty meal at an affordable price! 5 stars! Wok Box rocks!

Chicken naan wrap consisted of a naan, lots of rice and sauce and some four small cubes of chicken.
Vietnamese Pho broth was not much flavor, very little beef, a small amount of bean sprouts and a 1/8 of a little lemon. No soy sauce or Sriracha in sight.
Side of Kimchi was a teaspoon sized.
A $17 shrimp noodles was a small box, provided with five small shrimp, few shreds of a carrot and no other noticeable veggies.

Ginger beef is amazing - hard to find a nice glaze like that nowadays. Would be better if they had a chicken option though, beef is a little stringy for this style, especially if it’s fried.

My significant other and I both ordered the same sweet and sour crispy chicken. Neither of which came with any pineapple whatsoever and for some reason mine was burnt and my rice was basically raw where hers was not and her noodles were perfectly fine. Zero consistency unfortunately. Disappointed considering the price point.

This is not “ fast food”, but they make it fast. This food is top quality! Thank you Wok Box for making dinner for me tonight! I can’t get through a regular order of Pad Thai! Serving sizes add very generous.

Abhi was AMAZING! We came in to order our lunch and he was so helpful and thorough with our order. Made the experience feel very personable for a simple takeout order. Would highly recommend! Food was incredible as well!
