The worst wonton soup ever… filling was toothpaste texture and just tastes like onion… for the low price of $35 for two. Don’t go here.

The staff knows their stuff, they have a complete knowledge of the menu and helped make choices for dinner easy. The manager was incredible helping another table with a problem. He did a great job taking care of them. The food was so good. Loved every bite. Can't wait to order again.

My favourite place to eat! I work right across the plaza and go often! The staff are so nice and friendly and remember you! The young women who works the cash gave me some good recommendations and always stops to chat for a few mins when I’m in she’s so sweet! The food is amazing! Recommend the desert boa buns

Food is a solid 10/10, the customer service is great. An impatient and quite rude uber driver was easily and proffesionally handled, and they helped me get a really good meal.

Tried WokBox tonight for Grand Opening promo. I got noodles with crispy chicken sweet and sour sauce. Even at 50% off it is way too over priced for the small as small portions and this was their regular box. My noodles were soo dry and the chicken was dry didn't have any sauce or much of a taste. First time visit never returning. Very disappointing

Me and my wife and daughter had dinner there this evening. The food was fantastic and we LOVED the takeout boxes. We’ve always wanted to find a place that is those like we see on TV. The staff was so friendly and as I said, food was AWESOME! We will be back again and again.

We waited 30 min for this salty, flavourless and overpriced food. I was so disappointed. The portion size was sad and there was barely any meat in my mongolian beef bowl!

Unfortunately i did not have a positive experience ordering from this restaurant. We thought to have tried this restaurant as it was gluten free, and vegan and we have one person in our household that has dietary issues. Delivery was fast, but the food wasn't that great. The chicken fried rice was overcooked, and it was sticky - comparable to the texture of minute rice. The kung pao chicken wasn't really kung pao chicken, with stale noodles and the chicken being gummy. It is important to note that we did request a refund on the rice for order eats, and it did make my stomach a bit sick. The staff seemed nice, though. Until they improve their food to a satisfactory level, i will not be ordering again from this place.

Exceptional taste, light, and the poutine is scrumptious. The only place I have really loved from the delivery service!

I stopped in at Wok Box yesterday because I was looking for something that wasn’t a greasy burger. I ordered the jungle chicken that was made with lemongrass. I was blown away by the taste and the portions. It was so good. The restaurant was very clean and so were the bathrooms. I will definitely be back.

Service was good, but food was horrible and expensive will not return. Was offered 50% of for next time which I will not be returning. Mushy and bland food weird aftertaste.

Okay. Rice came too salty & the pho had no substance to it. More of fast food, would recommend ordering from a less chain restaurant type experience

Best Hakka Food in Town. Must visit if you love Chinese food. Amazing staff and best service.

It was my first visit. The staff was very great. They explained everything. The service was excellent.

I did dining and it felt like full service restaurant. The atmosphere was very pleasant. I ordered Kung Pao with curry spiced green onion cakes and spring roll combo. It was worth of money. Food was nice and hot. Curry Green onion cakes was yumm.

Will go back there again.

First time here, definitely won't be the last! Service was great and food was amazing. Loved the variety of menu; noodle dishes, rice dishes.poutine! And desserts.try the apple pie spring rolls and you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend this place!

Ginger beef. It was a staple when I lived in Edmonton and I haven’t found it in Hamilton anywhere in the 7 years I’ve been down here. I’d get cravings all the time and the only relief is the frozen boxes of ginger beef at the grocery store.

That stuff compared to wok box ginger beef is like comparing grocery store peaches to Winona road stand peaches. It’s not even close. If you’re from the Hamilton area and haven’t had Winona peaches, go to Winona in the middle of August and get some. You’ll remember this review and be blown away on how wrong you’ve been your whole life about what a great peach should be. Anyway, back to ginger beef.

When I found out there was a wok box coming to Hamilton my household celebrated. I need it with no onions, and the staff here go out of their way to cut a green pepper because the standard veggies are premixed and have onions in them. I’m writing this because I just found out they’ve been doing this extra work for my orders and I order weekly. I had no idea.

Real take away food. It was just ok. Strange menu - is it Chinese, Thai or American? Poutine on the menu? Expensive in my opinion. Good service.

Disappointed to say the least. Ordered a couple noodle dishes and some sides. Regular portion size was fair along with the price. Noodle dishes had way too much sauce along cilantro and the green onion cakes were flavourless. The potstickers we’re pretty good. I think I would rather support my local Asian restaurants then order again.
