Wok This Way

We live about 10/15 minutes from this place so I asked how long delivery would be, anything over 30 minutes and I would have picked it up. I was told it would be 30 minutes so we chose delivery. It took 75 minutes to show up. The driver asked if I was going to tip him, I said no I waited 75 minutes for an order that was supposed to take 30 minutes and he could take it up with the restaurant. As he was leaving he told me “I’ll remember this” which I take as a threat and will never be doing business with this restaurant again. As an aside when you order and pay with credit card shouldn’t they ask you if you would like to add a tip? If I was asked at that point I would have happily added one.

This place has gone downhill since there was a change in ownership. We came here for years and was the best Chinese takeout. But since the ownership change, the food quality is embarrassing. We’ve had old food mixed with new, bland noodles. The Honey bbq ribs are nothing short of horrendous. The stir fry chicken had old chicken that was so hard that a knife couldn’t cut it. If you complain, they refuse to rectify. I will never ever set foot there again and will take my money elsewhere

I ordered food and it took 2 and a half hour to deliver and the manager refused to discount my order. I will never order from this restaurant again

It was my first time at this location and I was not satisfied at all, the service was ok but they could have done a better job at greeting people and making them feel comfortable, the cleanliness of the place was not the greatest and very cluttered behind the counter, and a bit of advice to the cooks we can see you taste the food with your finger so please use a spoon when tasting.
The food was not the greatest, the noodles were over cooked and the veggies were not fresh, the chicken was bland and not even seasoned, the fried chicken was over fried and chewy and hard to chew as well, I feel like this place is unsanitary based on what I have seen and cannot recommend this place to try.

Affordable, family friendly service, pick-up & pay cash for 10% of orders, been taking out from here for many years with consistently good food, great parking & accessibility.

I definitely know that me and my family enjoy the food at this location very much. Always hot and fresh and the service is pretty quick and efficient. It’s not really a place to eat in as it just has a handful of chairs and a table but you could wait inside if the weather isn’t very good.

Trash, 2nd time here, gave them another chance. Regret my decision.level of quality and value is absolute lowest of the low. Fried rice is green peas and a hint of egg thats it. Egg roll tasted like it was rotten. Never seen bean sprouts that nasty mushy and stuck together like that in my life in an egg roll. First bite all the rotten bean sprouts come out and they look green. Health canada should be called to inspect this food. Quite sure im gonna get sick from the egg roll. Feel like vomiting now. Calling health canada if i vomit to go test their food. Place shouldnt be in business imo. Not even trying.

I have a restaurant right down the street from my, I prefer to go the extra mile for better food, smiling team, they always take the time to make me EXACTLY what I want and create effortlessly!
Going again on Tuesday.big meal

Wok this way is the ONLY place I'll walk for Chinese food!
Maybe not authentic, but sooo good!
