Women's Ultrasound Clinic

I’ve generally had a positive experience at this clinic, however today I had a bad experience with the receptionist with the black hair. I was 10 minutes late for my 1: 30 appt because the parking lot was full and I was looking for nearby parking. I’m 32 weeks pregnant and walk slowly, so I didn’t make it to the clinic until 1: 40. I walked in and let her know I have an appt at 1: 30. She made a snarky comment with attitude about how I’m late for a 1: 30 appt and made a face - I apologized. Honestly didn’t think it was a big deal because when I’m on time, I don’t get called in until 10,20, and even 30 minutes late at times. I never make comments or get annoyed about it. I just sat and waited to get called in, and even though I was 10 minutes late, I was still called 20 minutes later (even though the clinic was fairly empty). I asked the tech for a pic and a two second video. I go outside to the receptionist again, and she charges me 17$. I usually get charged around 7$ for more pictures then I got this time. I was super confused and wondered if she was just annoyed at my for being late? I just paid and left. Disappointed.

Had to hold for 20 mins on call before I could talk to someone to book an appointment, which I expected from the reviews. Receptionist booked me for wrong timing after confirming twice on call and when I arrived they mentioned my appointment was 30 mins earlier and they cannot take me in. Fortunately, Sound Diagnosis OBGYN ultrasound clinic took me in on same day.

I had the best experience today. The person who did my ultrasound, Abbywas the sweetest lady I’ve ever met. Best experience ever.

I have gone to this ultrasound clinic many times for prenatal ultrasounds and pregnacy related appointments. The staff at this ultrasound clinic have always been professional, kind and caring. It's one thing when you go in and things are looking good but it is a very different situation when you go in and are faced with some unpleasant/unexpected news. The ultrasound tech was empathetic to my situation and although I didn't realize it at the time the way she handled a particularly delicate appointment gave me the peace of mind and reassurance I needed to move forward with other medical decision and steps later on.

Professional yet suuper kind. Technician was very understanding and accommodating for my nervousness. Physically accessible space (elevator to 2nd floor, and no stairs, but you must get up on a chair to be examined so I'm not certain about that, maybe call to check!).

Every time I have been here.for this pregnancy and my last, the staff at the desk and the technicians are so wonderful. I would highly recommend this clinic for their friendly service, professional approach and appointment scheduling has been so easy. If you are looking for a clinic for the duration of your pregnancy this is the place to come!

We had our first ultrasound today and had a wonderful experience. The ultrasound tech was kind and informative, and the staff at the front desk were also very kind and generous. So far, we are very happy we chose this place.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They don’t answer their phones, they don’t answer emails. I needed an emergency IUD removal and it took them 6 months and 4 tries to get it out after hurting me several times. Their service is terrible.

I’ve been to this clinic twice now and both visits have been beyond wonderful. The staff, both reception and ultrasound techs, are exceptionally lovely. Would highly recommend over the Merivale location which is terrible in comparison.

I went to this clinic for my first ultrasound. I was so nervous but my technician made my husband and I feel very comfortable. She also explained everything that she was looking for in the scan and why. It was such an incredible experience. They also gave us our ultrasound pictures and videos for free which was very kind and unexpected. I will definitely be going back for every ultrasound. Highly recommend especially for first time parents.

I honestly have been here so many times I love all the technicians never had a problem they were all great but as for reception absolutely horrible! Not only are they rude but upon call every single time you can never get through or placed on a 40 minute plus hold! There are no reasons for this unacceptable.

They did measurements errors at one ultrasound -which led to a failed test and anxiety, they couldn't complete another ultrasound so I had to go back, they take very bad ultrasound baby pictures (where at almost 30 weeks pregnancy I don't have a quality picture to share), all pictures are electronic - no print out and they are $6 EACH, no 3D ultrasounds options, most tech are quick and don't really engage (where once I felt like something was wrong with my baby) or they don't take the time to show you what they see on the screen. They also don't allow you to take a picture of the ultrasound screen. Probably so you buy that $6 poor quality picture

Amazing clinic- friendly staff each time I’ve been here (3 times so far). They are patient, professional and very detail oriented. They always reassured me and made me feel safe. Highly recommend this clinic!

I've been to the women's ultrasound clinic twice now and both times I was seen by Lauren. She was so nice, helpful, informative and professional.

The staff is very friendly in general. They also provide you digital pictures and videos of your baby which was nice to have!

I went to this clinic for 3 times now for an ultrasound. Never had a bad experience here. Whole team is great and they are happy in providing great experience for their clients. Customer service is at its best and appointments always happens on time. No extra time waiting. Nurses are very much helpful during ultrasound and shows us baby moves. They do provide photos of babies with small duration videos. Thank you all staff for great experience.

Great friendly and compassionate staff! The receptionists are always smiling and welcoming. They are also very flexible and try to accommodate schedules changes easily. Marjorie did my ultrasound today. She was amazingly thorough and tried to reassure me the whole time. She took her time to measure the baby and explain everything. She took amazing photos of my baby!

Had a wonderful experience at my ultrasound yesterday. The technician was so kind and patient and calm.

What a great first experience! Our tech was soo kind and really showed and explained everything to us in detail! It made everything more reassuring! Great experience! Lovely staff!

First time at this place and had a great experience with Margie. She made a very sad news bearable to me with her great sense of humour and kindness. Also she took the time to explain some possible options that I have ahead in order to discuss it with my doctor. I’m very grateful for my experience today and I’m glad such great people still exist.

I absolutely cannot find anything critical to say about this place. I've been here several times and every visit is positive. The front staff are beyond professional and kind as are the US technicians. I love that I can have conversations about aspects of the US and am never made to feel like my questions are nonsense. I highly recommend this location. Professional, friendly, courteous, supportive and non-judgmental in every aspect.
