It was my first time visiting woo dental clinic and I can’t express how satisfied I am as their client. From accommodating and welcoming front desk, to a very professional dentist and staffs. All in all, my visit was worth it. Thank you very much Woo Dental Clinic!

Woo Dental used to be my Dental Clinic while I lived in Newmarket. The Clinic looks nice and modern and staff are friendly especially the Manager Christine is very helpful. However, after being there for over 8 years, my own Dentist had gone and open his own practice and my usual hygienist is also gone. Therefore after moving to Etobicoke, I no longer wanted to go there anymore reasons being x-ray taken 5 years ago, which they recommended me to put a crown on one of my tooth that I have turned down many times, the last visit when my daughter still drove me back to Newmarket for Dental Cleaning even after I moved, they still pulled out an old X-Ray and told me that my teeth already got cracks, and that I should made the crown. The X-Ray was taken 5 years ago, and all these years, nothing happens, and while would he suddenly showed me the old X-Ray again and told me I should made a crown for that tooth. Not everybody can afford almost two thousand dollars for a crown, especially having a crown done does not mean you will not have cavities. So when one time after the crown was done, there was a cavity, the crown had to be broken up which I have to pay 40% and ManuLife paid 60%, but then when they put back the Crown again after fixing the cavity, I have to pay again, that mean I have to pay 3 times for the same Crown. If I have repeatedly turned down the proposal year after year, why would he still have to ask me again? Therefore I immediately find another Dental Clinic in Etobicoke and never went back there anymore.

My daughter and I are both patients at Woo Dental. The staff, hygienists, nurses and doctors are all extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had Dr. Tai today for tooth extraction. He and his assistant made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the procedure. I highly recommended Woo Dental.

I have had my fair share of dental nightmares thus putting alot of fear, anxiety and distrust in dental offices. But Dr. Woo and his team, they are the best. Amazing. From the time you enter their doors the girls are all lovely and very caring, Christine, Susan, Ileana and sweet Rosi who works beside Dr. Woo. Such a wonderful, wonderful team.
Dr. Woo chairside manners is impeccable. He is so so gentle and never sweats a brow, which as a patient you can pick up and stresses you out to. I wouldnt change him for another dentist. He is the best. I am so happy with this office and anyone who is fearful, anxious and has had bad experiences prior with dentists try this team. They are a dedicated and caring team. Thanks to you all.

All your needs are in this one location. Experienced and Expert staff fill this office to the fullest. Hygienist has been with Dr Woo from the beginning! Wow! Sign me up with her! Dr Woo, explains the concerns and problems lets you decide how you want to proceed. You both plan out the action plan and move forward. I learnt so much about my teeth, bite problems since coming here. It's being corrected the correct way and not with a bandage process.
The staff, front office treat you with respect, hear you work with you. They make you feel welcome, even with COVID19 all professional guidelines are set out in advance so everyone still feel welcome.

My daughter and I have been a patient of Woo Dental for over 6 years. We are always greeted with big smiles and professionalism. It is always a pleasurable experience. We love all the staff and Doctors. The office is always clean and they use high levels of IPAC (infection practices and control) measures. Throughout Covid we always felt safe and in great hands. We highly recommend this dentistry clinic and we especially love ️ the sitting area lounge and bathroom facilities

Dr. Pulla is a terrific dentist. She listened to all my concerns and she answered all my questions and that was very much appreciated. She made me feel at ease.

When she administed the freezing, I did not feel anything. (needle point pain).

Hello I’m Tiffany I’m recently come to the debris with my husband and it was wonderful visits, excellent staff. For me it was complicated to because I have a little one and I don’t have help for care of my baby so the staff in the dental they are very kind and compressible for being my baby while they cleaned my teeth. I came in for a cleaning and had a lovely experience! The staff were all super friendly. The hygienist answered all my questions and was great! I scheduled my next two appointments and one for my son on the spot!

%90 of my mouth is unfortunately filled with fillings. I’ve been to a few dentists in the past and have experienced a lot of pain during fillings! Dr Woo, didn’t touch a nerve during the procedure. Very impressed!

WOO IS A GREAT DENTIST. Dr. Jason has been my Dentist for over ten years, he is always polite and patient and take good care of my teeth. He always project the X-ray taken onto the big TV, such that he can explain to me in detail as I can also see clearly myself what is going on with my teeth. If I have any questions, he always took the time to explain to me. The Clinic Manager, Christine is an excellent and very efficient lady who handled her job and the patients with great professionalism. She is very kind and I found that I can always confined and count on her. Cindy, the Hygienist is a lovely lady who always take the time to make sure my teeth is clean properly, she is gentle and polite. Both Dr. Jason, Christine, and Cindy take pride in their job and deliver good care to their patients. That is why I am really sad that Dr. Jason will be leaving Woo Dental at the end of this January as he is going to open his own practice and Cindy is also leaving since she find a job close to home. HOWEVER, I HAVE GREAT CONFIDENCE THAT DR. WOO WILL TAKE GREAT CARE IN FINDING GREAT REPLACEMENTS FOR BOTH OF THEM WHO WILL BE DEVOTED TO TAKE GOOD CARE OF THEIR PATIENTS.

Dr. Jason has performed fillings on our 4 year old and treated him with care, compassion and made him feel very comfortable during the procedure. Dr. Jason and his assistant were amazing with a squirmy child and constantly checked in to make sure he was doing okay with the process. In addition, Dr. Jason performed a gum surgery on myself and once again I felt very prepared for the procedure and recovery based on the information he provided.
