I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the excellent service provided by Frank, Sales manager at Woodbine Toyota. Even though I haven't made any purchases, he has answered all of my questions with great care and without any rush.  His knowledge and patience have been much appreciated, and I thank him for his outstanding customer service.

0 stars … worst place to book your car not because of the rediculous wait time but the worst customer service I’ve ever seen and experienced ever. Booked car in jan was told it will arrive by june/ july… now have to wait to 1 year which is the wait time for a hybrid car. My reason for not getting hybrid was I didn’t want to wait a year. I mean don’t make sense at all.

Yikes. This is the WORST Toyota dealership I’ve ever experienced. For multiple reasons and on more than one occasion. This is the last time we ever come to this location. This dealership is a terrible representation of Toyota. They actually do a disservice to the Toyota name.

The service desk lady was rude and unhelpful. Her character and tone speaking to us was very discouraging. She was very condescending and belittling. It was totally unwarranted, we had done nothing that would contribute to her bad attitude. But she treated us like a burden right from the start. We had a appointment and she was reacting like we were bothering her. She was also very closed to answering some of our questions.

While waiting inside the dealership for our vehicle to be serviced, my family and I counted 4 employees in total, working and walking around with no mask… all of them were huddled together around the cashiers desk at one point. It’s nice to know at woodbine Toyota, the rules don’t apply to the staff. The cashier, the man behind the parts desk, the service desk lady who was rude to us and another associate. Thank you for compromising the safety of every client in the dealership today. Thank you for doing your part in making sure we are all at a risk.

The final thing was the wait. I can’t believe how long it took to service our car. It wasn’t even major work. We came in on time for our appointment, yet it took almost three hours to look at the vehicle. We only had a lose heat shield and it only needed to be secured back to the vehicle…I understand they have other vehicles to service. But this is poor planning on Toyota. How do you schedule me a time to come in and not even bring the vehicle in for service until 2.5 hours later?

Customer service is the worst part about this dealership.

I first connected with Feras Neameh at Woodbine Toyota when enquiring about a 2017 RAV4 via cargurus.ca. He responded promptly to my enquiry and provided all the information that I needed before I felt comfortable enough to arrange the long trip to the dealership to test drive the car. When I did arrive at the dealership, Feras was able to help me straight away and was warm, kind, patient and knowledgeable. This is the first car I've bought in almost 20 years, so I'm no pro at this by any means. Not once did I feel pressured into any decisions. Denise was also really lovely in helping me execute the purchase. Both Feras and Denise also went the extra mile in making sure the car was ready to pick up with a very quick turnaround, for which I am grateful. Overall, I really couldn't imagine having a better experience and would happily deal with Feras again. And I love my RAV4 - it was in an amazing condition and in my opinion a very good deal based on my extensive search for used cars over the previous weeks.

Worst service ever, but I didn't want to mention anything about the horrible service at the beginning. I found my dashcam cable disconnected today, and checked it's last record and realized the last video recording was that day. During the service they disconnected my dashcam and didn't put it back. What are they trying to hide? I got service for less than 1 hour and they charged me over $300 for labour. When I got home, I found that my glove box cannot close. They changed the cabin filter but didn't close the cap properly. All service was terrible. I will never be using this place again because I can no longer trust them. Real bad experience. Horrible.

Dealership uninviting, service staff look like they hate their job. It was very slow. Mechanics not doing much of anything. Disappointed when I went in asking then to test drive my car and being told I would pay a diagnosis fee first. I have done other major services there in the past. My issue today was regarding my rear shocks. All I wanted was them to take it for a ride. They lost my business. This is why going to a dealer is a waste of money. Stick to a private mechanic. Especially after the warranty is over. I will never go back

Bad experience.guy name Edgar kingsellers push you so much to get other stuf done which i did not even want.like HVAC and other stuff.i told him i dont need it but he makes you feel like you haveeee to do.there goes your hard earn money to the drain $100. Not going there again Never

Mustafa is likely the best and most honest car sales representative that I’ve ever met. From the moment I met him at the dealership it was an excellent experience. His customer service is top notch, and he’s very knowledge about the various vehicles, products, and packages offered. What I especially appreciated was that if he didn’t know something, he wasn’t afraid to admit it but found the answer as soon as possible. He also moved mountains in order to get my vehicle to me on time, which I really appreciated! All in all, I highly recommend that anyone in need of a vehicle see Mustafa. You will NOT be disappointed.

Michael Robertson, who I think is the Manager, was very professional and fair when it came to settling on a final price for the vehicle. I appreciated his transparency and I think anyone will feel satisfied when finalizing a sale with him.

Bob in the parts department was also a great source of information. He was very knowledgeable and helpful when I purchased some additional accessories, and was very kind and respectful.

Risha in service was very customer service oriented. She was very polite and worked quickly to have the service team begin their work on my vehicle.

Overall, a great experience overall, and I highly recommend this dealership to everyone!

Brought my Lexus ES in for an oil change and looks like they did everything ok. Covid guidelines were being followed, masks and there were barriers in the seating area to allow for enough physical distancing.

I bought Corolla Hybrid in July 2021.
It was the worst experience I had ever in Canada Toyota Dealers.
Customer service was POOR
No incentive like other dealers

Exactly 6 months back in Nov 2020, after an exhaustive search for a better deal I lost hope that I will be getting my Blue RAV4 TRAIL 2021 any sooner. Then with least hope I visited Woodbine Toyota. By this time I have visited 5 dealers already, and none promised me to get it. Then Mr Kevin Neito from Woodbine Toyota came as an angel to fulfill my wish to get my dream car.

Representative: Kevin is informative, professional, energetic and right on the topic. He greeted with confidence and we ended up with the very very good deal. I was still not convinced if Kevin will be really able to deliver the vehicle in promised 7 days. To my surprise, He was bang on target. I was blown away with the service He provided. Really I felt very good to do business with such a nice person.

Regarding the dealer: Woodbine Toyota will always remain in my good books as it helped me to get my unique dream vehicle. I say it unique because I still rarely see any RAV4 TRAIL BLUE ICE EDGE WHITE. And its since 6 months no complain on the vehicle quality and performance.

Suggestion: Look out for Kevin Neito at WoodbineToyota, He definitely will give you good deal and promised delivery.)

Very bad customer service!
I bought new Toyota corolla 2021 from here, I had doubt regarding my oil change services (received 2 free)
I went to talk to Chetan Desai, he didn't respond nicely. I was sitting, talking to him, he walked away.really? I mean really!
This is how you behave with customers?

Very disrespectful
Asked to talked to manager, nobody cares!

I got my corolla xse 2021 from Woodbine Toyota. I was referred to Luay Yazigi by my friend. My experience was really good and the service provided by him was great he is real friendly and gave me a great deal. I would recommend everyone to come to woodbine toyota and ask for Luay for good car deal.

We had very bad experience with them. My car was making some noise in the front wheel, they charged us to inspect the vehicle and said it's not covered under warranty, the car was driven only 30,000 (2021), took 3 hours to inspect!
They want us to claim our personal insurance. Why?
We went to another Toyota agency in Mississauga, they didn't charge us anything to inspect the vehicle and replaced all parts as they were covered under warranty!

My lease for my corolla is ending and prior to this i asked numerous of times what are my options such as buyout, finance, or trade-in. I was interested in financing the end of lease because i want to keep the car and one individual said it available and then when i went in they said its not available, lastly went again to discuss my options the person said no finance but later on said its available. Confusing staff and horrible experience from the start of my lease. The original staff that sold me the car isn't working there and he said i got the "best deal. " I still love Toyota but this dealership wont get my business anymore.

Especially for Luay Yazigi- I sincerely appreciate Luay for his time, honesty and patience. He is very professional and highly knowledgeable sales representative. He explained me every single thing in detail and answered all my questions to the extent of my satisfaction. I don't like to make a deal with people who tries to convince to make a deal right away. Thanks to Luay, he is not one of them. He informed me time to time about upcoming deals and i bought my SUV when i think, it is the time to buy one. He followed up to check, how my SUV is working and reassured me to call, if i have any concerns in future. In other words, i can say that Luay has all the qualities that you can trust him while buying a car at woodbine Toyota. Also, i would like to thanks the whole team at woodbine toyota. The financial manager explained every option very clearly. The girl at front desk has great customer services skills. Overall, i am very pleased from the services of Woodbine Toyota.

Today I bought my very first car with my family and I couldn't be any more happier than I am because Luay helped us! He's so wonderful and knowledgeable in the car that we were interested in purchasing and he didn't let us leave unsatisfied. He did his absolute best in selling us the car and we all had huge smiles on our faces. His service to us was so warm and welcoming and that is the kind of service I'd want everyone to experience at WB Toyota. Luay's service was amazing and it really shows that he loves what he does and he truely cares about his customers and bringing 100% satisfaction. I recommend that if anyone goes to purchase a car, please please PLEASE ask for Luay, he does not dissapoint! I am truely happy. He wasn't the typical car salesman that tries to get you to buy something expensive and out of budget. Luay listens to customer needs and really understands what your looking for while giving his honest opinions to help your buying experience so much better! Luay, if you see this THANK YOU A MILLION! I bought a Ford Fusion from here. I had a good experience with the sales team especially Mr Luay. He helped me out while buying the car and he also helped me later to talk to the management to fix the braking issues the car had. But the only thing to complain is the service department. They were not able to figure out the issue. So I had to get it fixed outside.

DO NOT BUY CAR FROM HERE, they sell DEFECTIVE CARS unpurpose! I repeat, do not buy car from here! Don't let the special promotions fool you (as we all know they make $$$$ from after sale of car). They will try to make money off you by selling you a defective car & have you pay for much services from diagnostic, rotations to tires (when we just had them done), to doing wrong job to your car & trying to get you to pay for other things! The worst service from Sales, to Service advisor to Dealership manager/owner! You better have your wallet out cuz it'll cost ya, otherwise you are on your own with a defect issues! Absolute poor service, as technicians are Interns and will not fix things properly & you gotta spend all that precious time & money to fix again! All i can say is they are "TIED SELLING" everything from beginning until the end when buying car to after services by service advisors (they make commission). The worst part is, they make you feel really STUPID if you try to talk to them about what they did was wrong! Bunch of scam artists is all i can say! They should be called Woodbine Ring Leader Dealership! GOOD LUCK

I deal with mr Jay desai and he was really dreat during our transcation process. He answered all my euestion and explained all details about the vehicle made features etc. He process of buying a car quick and comfortable. I m very happy and would recommend to my friends.

Dealt with Jorrit Wit. He was a 5 star professional. Showed us several options (buying new or used). Had us test drive new Corolla and 2016 Camry. Very detailed oriented. Left showroom and visited another dealership (Honda) but returned within an hour to finalize deal on 2020 Corolla. Would highly recommend dealing with Jorrit. We feel we got the best deal we could get at Woodbine Toyota,

Customer service was absolutely ridiculous, sales manger and all associates were incredibly rude. They were not helping at all or explaining anything. They said the car had a full inspection and everything was fine but when we brought the car home the radio wasn’t working, we went back to fix it and it took them over 2 months to even take a look at it. I would not recommend this place at all.

Bought 'Toyota Corolla 2015' from Woodbine Toyota. Most of these 5 star reviews are paid for by way of free oil change. These are scam artists who will rush you into a deal. Tip: Don't make your decision on the spot. Don't buy rustproof and extended warranty. Don't hurry, shop around, compare prices, get best deal. Best deals in December mostly. Good luck.

Never got my pickup slip. 8 hours passed and they never called me back after I dropped off my car before 8am for a remote starter install (which should take 4 hours max). I had to call 20 times and got transferred a bunch and put on hold indefinitely. They didn't even ask what would be a convenient time to pick me up. If I didn't spend almost an hour calling over and over, dealership would have closed and I would have been left stranded without a car. 0/5

Update 1: Was told the shuttle driver already left. That was almost half an hour ago and I live 7 min away. Such lies.

Update 2: One hour later and no shuttle.

Final update: The general manager Paul came himself to pick me up from home and took care of everything. Thanks Paul!

I came in for an oil change, however they also did a maintenance check on my vehicle which I didn't have no clue about as the staff never mentioned that to me. When the vehicle was ready and I went to pay for my oil change, I was also charged for the maintenance and I told the lady I never wanted a maintenance I only came in for an oil change. She goes to me that I signed the paper and agreed to the maintenance, who knew Toyota also does services for people without asking them but yeah just make them sign it so they will pay. Please people read what you sign! Very bad service I had and I am a regular for my oil change at Woodbine Toyota. Probably not coming back to them.

We are recommended to come and see Mr. Dinesh Sabharwal the Leasing Manager at Woodbine Toyota. Fantastic experience! We never felt that we were at the dealership, it was more like a family. We got the the car and colour of our choice at the time promised. Our family is very excited. We always will refer all our family and friends to Mr. Dinesh.

We were referred to DK by one of our clise family friend. Awesome! We are very lucky to find a 2018 Camry XSE 6 cylinders witg only 8,000 kms on it. The car is as good as new.
Excellent colour combination, we could not ask for anything better.
DK was very helpful and also knowledgeble. We got the car within the time promised.
Thanks DK for all your help. We will in future refer all oyr family and friends to DK.

In starting my experience with woodbine toyota was not so very good unless i met Mr DK sabharwal. Very positive and enthusiastic person. He is not only a nice guy but very knowledgeable and educated person, he help me in leasing my car with very reasonable price which is next to impossible. We were referred to Mr. DK and Woodbine Toyota by one of our friend and an existing Toyota customer.
Finding a car and then getting it approved was a bit of a struggle but DK made the entire process very smooth.
I am very happy to get a car of my choice at a very good price. Me. Dinesh is very honest, knowledgeable and a thorough professional. All are friends are his customers. We will send all our family and friends to DK.

This is my second car from DK in two years. He services are so good that he pulls and our community as magnet.
He is the Best Sales Manager we ever came across in buying cars. He is patient, very knowledgeable and takes time in explaining everything in details about the car.
