The wait times are a bit difficult to handle. Specially with kids but the doctors are very nice and they listen. I have been going here for 8 years now and always felt got what I needed. The help myself portal has made life easier for booking appointments too.

Even though it claims to be a walk in clinic, with a massive lit up sign on the outside of building that states “walk in”, its not. Very misleading

This doctors office is the most unprofessional, uncaring facility. The phone lines are never answered. The receptionists are extremely disrespectful, to the point of hanging up on their clients. It is impossible to ever contact this doctors office. I know many clients are either waiting hours on hold for a response and are then later hung up on or a response is never given through the online portal. The doctors appointments are almost always hours late or cancelled last minute. Even during a pandemic, appointments were missed, pushed to a later date, or cancelled. When people needed doctors the most, this facility turned their backs on them. It is extremely disappointing that our health is in the hands of this doctors office, as they clearly don’t care about the health, safety, and lives of their clients.

The new doc thinks she’s on some kind of power trip. Not sure where she came from but bring back my old doc this one is ‘dictating’ the patients life when they just want to do their regular routine checkup. Pretty dreadful from a medical professional.

Worst doctors office in Woodbridge. They don’t care about their patients. Only care about booking as many appointments as possible to make money. Mis diagnosed multiple times.

Can’t even get through for a phone call. Terrible office very unorganized front desk. My experience with the doctors are fine.

I’ve been a patient at this clinic since they opened pretty much. I have seen such a huge change for the worse. Since Dr. Bardai left I was given Dr. Dixit who has made me feel so uncomfortable. I get she’s the doctor however it’s the way she speaks to people. Like we are stupid and she knows better. My mom had one doctor saying she had a lipoma. Dr Dixit said it wasn’t. When my mom went to the specialist they confirmed it was a lipoma. She has refused to let me to go my OBGYN when I was first pregnant. I had booked the appointment without her referral then she sent it once I told her I already had an appointment. Her professionalism lacks and she stars a lot. I agree with everyone else on here that The receptionists leave people on hold forever. If you book online the availability is scarce. So many doctors and little availability. When you email them they give short answers. This clinic used to be so good. Now I only book if absolutely needed or walk in. The walk-in doctors that I’ve had have been pretty helpful

I have had nothing but horrible experiences at this clinic. It is nearly impossible to get an appointment. The only way to schedule an appointment is online. Every time I schedule an appointment online someone always calls me to cancel. I recently scheduled an appointment for an abscess infection. The receptionist called me to cancel and rebook for 2 weeks out! An untreated abscess can lead to serious complications and can become life threatening. If you are looking for a new clinic do not make this one your first choice. It doesn't seem like the health and well-being of their patients aren’t in their best interest.

Some, not all, of the receptionists need to have a bit more understanding and compassion when dealing with frustrated patients. Their phone system is terrible, however I don't blame them for technology, only with their ability to diffuse a situation without an attitude and ready to start an argument by threatening to hang up. Is that suppose to calm someone down? The doctors are fantastic, as well as the nurses. I have no complaints with them at all.

RECEPTIONIST: this practice has by far the worse receptionists you can find. There is a new guy (at least new to me) that has ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA OF WHAT HE IS DOING! Gives wrong information, has no care about patients and what is worse has no clue about the doctors that work in the practice. I am not sure who is the hiring manager there but honestly they should review their criteria of hiring.

I would like to talk about a phone conversation I had with Nelia About A prescription that my pharmacy did not get. She was very patient and helpful she called the pharmacy herself to give the prescription over the phone. I was so happy she did that for me thank you. Nelia

Unfortunately, the service seems to be going downhill. Had a great doctor [Dr. Bhardwaj] who left on sabbatical] and have been with them for more than 15 years. Can’t even get my blood results from them without them requiring me to book an appointment. Apparently you’re not allowed to review things on your own anymore.

Busy but good care;

I also find the phone system is weird as you get busy signal often;

usually it works if you try again - end to end call takes about 10-15 minutes;

Once you get on the online patient portal, you can bypass most phone frustration. Do it! You can message your practitioner in there.

We also got a follow up call to check how our little one was doing, so I am very thankful.

The facilities are updated, staff takes time to understand your concerns.overall the weirdest stuff happening there is unreasonable patients in the lobby

We also had to bring our new born without an appointment right after the holidays for a first visit out of the hospital - dr Litsas took all the time even though it was a lights on day at the clinic- and for new parents that was absolutely heaven sent

Been with this clinic for several years now and they've slowly gotten worse and worse. The Dr's seem to be fine but the office staff is exceptionally awful. Keep you on hold for 30 minutes at a time then put the call to voicemail and never call you back. They over charge for most of their fees or at least charge more than other clinics. Appointments are scheduled way too far away from when they're needed. They can't keep Dr's either, I've been through 3. Don't go here. Go anywhere else.

No one to pick up the phone I had to send my friend to the office to ask if I could do the appointment on call since I have a baby. Honestly was on the phone for 2 hours! Trying to get through to the receptionist. So annoyed

It's a bit of a mixed bag. Efficient when you have an appointment (in and out) but it is hell to try to call them. Prepare to be on hold for an hour and sometimes the phone will just hang up.

After my recent phone call appointment with my doctor last week, I got a call from one of the receptionists saying I need to update my health card. The past two days I have been looking for my new health card but was unable to find it, which sometimes happens to everyone! A receptionist just called me saying I need to update my health card with the clinic and when i told her i misplaced it she was very rude, told me I need to upload it ASAP or i will get charged for my appointment. Did not even say goodbye to me on the phone. I understand they need the new updated health card but she did not have to talk to me in the tone that she did. I have been a patient here for many years, not sure what is up with the attitude.

As other reviewers suggest, come here if you wish to waste your time. One of the nurses seemed nice, but Dr. Anton was not helpful at all. Came in with an extreme sore throat persisting after a fever, refused to do a swab test, or anything at all, since she deemed it wasn’t a bacterial infection from my symptoms. However, if it got worse, to come back then do the test (so it still could be a bacterial infection?). She just recommended some typical home remedies and sent me home, a whole interaction of 2-3 minutes. Do people have time to drive back and forth, missing days of work and waiting for things to get worse? I don’t believe we visit doctors to hear home remedies to problems that can be serious and drag out for many days if not addressed promptly and appropriately. I have heard of doctors being reluctant to prescribe medication, but never not to give a test (which I get no pleasure in doing, just want to know what’s wrong). My mother can tell me home remedies and what is “likely” wrong with me.

Completely pointless clinic. I was looking for a walk in clinic and online it said they are a walk in clinic and as i get there, even though there was a sign indicating walk in clinic they denied me. Waste of time.

High volume of doctor turnover. Most doctors that work here don’t stay past two years and then you have to start new with another one, if they find one. No one answers the phone. You are put on hold forever because it seems no one will actually ever answer the phone. Whoever owns this clinic needs to review how it is run. Just read the reviews. Unconscionable. Shameful.
