I will never go there again because they are very liars. Once they promised me to come and see the car. I went there from long way. When I arrived, they said the car was sold and I just waste 2 hours time for nothing and I didn't want to mention that name of exact person

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Toyota dealership. Their customer service was abysmal – making me wait, denying the service I needed, and ultimately sending me to another dealership for repairs. To add insult to injury, they refused to repair my car and directed me to a different body shop. This lack of professionalism and inconvenience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied.

My dissatisfaction with the Toyota dealership was exacerbated by the unhelpful attitude of Jonathan Samuel. His handling of the situation, making me wait, denying service, and redirecting me to different locations for repairs, reflected a severe lack of customer care and competence.

Irma is very Helpful. Its my first time buying a car here in Canada and it wasnt easy finding the right one. She was able to help me with an affordable pricing. She’s very nice and approachable.

Luke was a great sales person to me when i came in to buy my car.very patient and understanding with my requirements for my new vehicle.would definitely recommend seeing him when going in.

Honestly the service here is extremely horrific. The representatives picking up the phone are so rude and speak to you as if you aren’t a customer. I had called them on Saturday and still have not received a quotation or have had anyone reach out to me. It is currently Wednesday. I called Saturday and asked multiple times if I could please get help urgently as my windshield needs recovery as soon as possible. I spoke with Sara and she kept on saying that “peat” would reach out to me by Monday. No one had reached out to me and I had called again today speaking to another representative (sadly she said her name very fast so I do not remember). She was so rude and unprofessional. I refuse to ever come here for my needs because this representative made this entire situation even worse when she could have tried to help me.

I called woodbine Toyota right away and have already gotten a quotation. I suggest you guys save your time and money and not waste your time speaking to the phone reps here because they will be super unprofessional and belittle you for getting upset with them for not getting back to you for 5 days. Outrageously rude service.

Kunal helped me purchase my new Toyota RAV4 Prime Hybrid 2023. He is not only a wonderful advisor, but he thoroughly explains everything and answered my questions without hesitation. He is an honest and pleasant salesman, who is always available for questions or follow-ups, and responds in prompt manner. Donot trust the seller service. I talked to one of the seller for the availability of Venza 2021 yesterday. He told me that they carry one XLE model in stock and gave me the finance and lease details, then asked to visit today. I came today and then was told that the one they mentioned yesterday is delivering to a customer, they have 2 more coming in months, blablabla. I know the stock level of Venza is very low in local area, I was ok to talk other options but refused to be fooled, and very surprised by theiry lying. Will not visit the Toyota dealer any more!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership. Kiro was a great salesperson and was professional, patient and kind with my family and I.

I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment to look at a used RAV4 there. When I got to the front desk the receptionist looked busy writing something on a piece of paper. I waited for a bit as she was still writing. Her coworker came over, looked at me then started chatting with the receptionist. It turns out they were writing names/numbers on small pieces of paper and folding them before putting them in a jar (raffle season?). The receptionist never looked up and acknowledged I was there. Her coworker also never indicated that there was someone standing 6ft in front of her who might need assistance. She even took a phone call right in front of me. At this point it's been 3-4 min and I'm a bit surprised (amused?) since I'm wearing a bright lime jacket and have not been noticed. I wanted to see how long I could stand there before she did her job and greeted a potential customer. Unfortunately I couldn't find out because the sales rep called asking if I was going to be late and I told him I was waiting at the front. He came by and we walked to his desk.the receptionist was still putting paper in this jar.

We purchased a Toyota C-HR 2020 from Woodbridge Toyota about a month ago, we are very satisfied with the vehicle. The price of the car was also reasonable. We especially thanks Onur for taking the time during the selection of the vehicle, for providing clear explanations and for his honesty. Great experience!

Best car dealership in North America.

Bought another new car three years ago. I take my cars there regularly for service. Such a pleasant experience every time. My first car was purchased from the same dealership 9 years ago and still being serviced here.
Time tested and trusted dealership. Only downside for me is I have to travel 60+Km One side to get to Woodbridge since I moved to Halton area 6 years ago.

It’s not fair to give a price on phone to bring customer to the store and then increase the price 30% in store.
The dealer shows their true face in this market and never cheat on deals just for short term benefits.

Definitely recommend! Purchased a 2017 Tacoma TRD sport on Friday, picked it up the following Monday. Onur and Najem were so pleasent to work with. Very personable and professional, didn't feel pressured at all to purchase extras, etc.

Very disappointing that a company like this would allow a classic ploy on the part of the used car manager. I agreed with the salesperson (a nice fella named Onur) to pay full price for the car. Not a penny off the advertised price. I provided my driver's lisence and said I would pay cash for the car. Yet the used car managar, Chris, refused to sell me the used car at the advertised price, insisting that I add an unwanted "service package" at $1000. What was his excuse? He claimed it was because I was unlikely to be a repeat customer, as I live out of province. Seriously? Hard to believe that kind of thing of bait-and-switch tactics from what I had assumed was reputable company.

Today, I scheduled a test drive for a Toyota 2018 RAV4 LE at Woodbridge Toyota, and they sent me a message to confirm the appointment at 3 pm. When I arrived at Woodbridge Toyota at 2: 50 pm, a receptionist told me that a guy named M.would meet me at 3 pm. After that, one guy came and told me that M.was busy and asked me what I needed. After working with his PC, he told me that the car was already SOLD. It took me about one hour and a half from my home to Woodbridge. They did not inform me about selling the car and did not apologize for the inconvenience. I am really disappointed at Woodbridge's lack of professionalism and responsibility.

We picked up our beautiful 2021 Toyota Corolla Hatchback XSE last week Wednesday and had the BEST experience! Paul Valente (sales Mgr) gave us an excellent deal that suited our budget while not compromising our must-haves. AJ Mehmi (Sales Rep) went above and beyond for us, he even came in on his day off. We didn't feel at all rushed, he was super knowledgeable and answered all of our tedious questions. We had the chance to meet Henry Siguenza the Parts advisor who showed us some snazzy accessories (new spoiler already ordered:) at a great price! Henry even offered to help schedule our first oil change and tire swap in winter!? !

I booked Rav4 Hybrid XSE and I get it the same one in month only. Other dealers are giving 2.5 moths wait time for the same car. Specially service given by the Onur Asliturk is very impressive. I would like to buy my future car from the same dealer.

Worst experience EVER! I did not buy from them NOR will I EVER. Dishonest, from start to finish. Used car manager should be a car jockey as he has NO customer service experience! Will tell everyone I know to steer clear from this dealership if they really want to buy a vehicle because this Toyota dealership is not serious in selling at all. I gave them what they were asking for their 2020 Camry except that I wouldn't pay the admin fee (approx. $130) and they wouldn't budge penny. I left and about 30 min later I get a call from the sales person stating that the manager want to make the deal. I drive back only to hear that the manager will not approve my offer. What a waste of time. I got up and left all within 3 minutes, never to return. I would rate them a zero star but there is no option for that.

My family had a wonderful experience with Toyota Woodbridge. Kiro, the sales person was excellent. What a delightful and pleasant personality. He helped us not even to get the affordable car but also the best car. Kiro, is excellent when it comes to explanations and fulfilling the need of the customer. I have to agree with the other reviews. Very poor experience. My wife and i went to Woodbridge Toyota today looking for a car which we saw online. Met with the sales person, who refused to let us review the car alone. We found numerous issues with the car and wanted to leave. They had our other car for trade in review but the sales person kept it hostage.

The cars and SUV have issues and they try to distract you. They use very VERY shady sales practices. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They will show you one price and try to change the price later.

And dealer, before responding to this review with the typical response on how much you value service, remember theses reviews is to protect consumers.

Donno where i start this story i am new in Canada and live 200 kms away from Toronto, was looking for a Camry and had already been to some dealerships travelling from cambellford head of Peterborough to Toronto at least 2 times and had done a deal at one of the dealerships and had a very bad experience at that Toyota dealership, they were actually so rude to refund my deposit then a friend of mine referred me to RAKESH at WOODBRIDGE TOYOTA, fantastic, honest extremely honest, very interactive and a great communicator and convincer, 100000% happy and satisfied with the services, he made it so convenient said you dont need to travel to us all the way he send me the pictures and videos of the car, did all the negotiating on the phone, approved loan and guess what my ride was cancelled due to some reasons and as i had taken a day off today to pick the car i coudnt fix another day to pick the car, RAKESH said no worries he said he will send me a ride, am actually writing this review while am taking the ride to WOODBRIDGE TOYOTA, he sent his friend who lives in Scarborough to pick me and drop me at the dealership, and when i told him i would like to pay he said no worries its not a issue the client is more important to us, i am really touched by the level of customer service this guys have provided, am their client till the time am going to be driving cars here in Canada, thanks a million RAKESH and WOODBRIDGE TOYOTA, unbeliable buy true experience.

In November i visit this toyota dealership and after that i put following review.
(Last week i visit there for Toyota corolla 2021. My sales person was Jonathan. I told him on call that my credit score is fair. He told me that we approved everyone. Then after visit there he said to me deposit $1000 as security for approval but i denied for that. Then later on he demand $20 for credit check when i was ready to do the payment then he said its $200 dollar just for security. When i told him that i will not pay this amount then he charge $20 and told me that we will call you. After half an hour i received call from finance manager and he told me that you did not got approval because you just deposit $20. So be aware from Jonathan. On call his wording was different but when you visit dealership then they started asking money first before do anything. One more thing they checked my credit doubled time.)

This was my review. After that General manager told me to contact him. Then i contact him after that he said please delete the review and we will help you. But nobody call me after that. So please be aware from these people.
