With all my respect to Indians! The Indian girls in the front desk are rude, careless and incompetent! They refused to give their names nor the official email or phone number to communicate with the manager! They’re very lazy! When I asked for signature on a paper that was faxed from the office I was referred to they kept saying they haven’t received the fax although I had the confirmation that it went through. Then I explained to them what they should do and they came up with the excuse that the doctor who saw me is not there, so I should come back on a day when he’s working, I told her many times that the ultrasound/ blood test are both time sensitive and they should be done ASAP and whoever is working can sign the requisition and fax it back to the ultrasound- blood test clinic she didn’t get it still. Her (solution) was to send an email to the office manger and wait for her reply although I was waiting there the whole morning. I asked when she will call back she said she can’t promise it will be today, it will take some time. These people lake humanity and are definitely working at the wrong place! Who ever hired them should review their behaviour/ attitude.

I waited for approximately an hour and a half even though I was told there is only one patient before me. Doctor advised me on what I need to do based on my concern and recommended a prescription for me to pick up after waiting for 30 min for the print out I told them I’ll come back in a couple of hours and pick it up because I am in a rush. Came back 4 hours later to be told that the prescription was never written/printed out and I need to wait and repeat the entire process with the doctor that’s now working. Very unprofessional and very inconvenient. No care or respect for their patients.

Worst service. Doctor prescribed medication overdose. Just student doctor comes check you. Doctor doesn’t even come in to confirm information.

Top line is this: Not amazing, not horrible.
If you have an urgent issue and want short wait times, my experience here is that they see you quite quickly. I have never had to wait more than 10-20 minutes. That being said, the quality of care really depends on the issue.

I once took my mom for a deep cut in her finger, which they treated very well; cleaning it and gluing the wound because it was in a place too difficult to stitch. When visiting for a possibly broken foot, however, I was disappointed as the exam was very brief and they do not offer X-rays on site (despite the website suggesting otherwise).

All this to say, if it’s an emergency, go to the ER. If it’s urgent, there are better urgent care centres - one run by Mackenzie on Jane and another in Oak Ridges. If it is maybe urgent and needs slightly more than a walk in clinic can offer or is at an odd time, that is the sweet spot of when to come here.

How is this place still open, they are so unprofessional, rude and the doctors do not care they talk with you for under 2 mins and your gone.

They have a mask policy in place, however they will only provide you with a mask if you pay the ridiculous amount of 1 dollar per mask. When asked how an urgent care center is able to do that to patients, the receptionist replied that they are a private clinic that accepts OHIB. I honestly don’t understand the times we are living in with much accountability for almost all government sectors how are doctors that already make so much money able scams patients by charging them a dollar per mask.

The absolute worst clinic. I had an emergency for my one month old baby, had the health card paper from the hospital with the instructions to use it for Dr visits. The receptionist said the health card was invalid and the paper given to me was only good for a few days (even though it says the timeframe being 8 weeks on the actually paper). Charged me 95.00 to see the Dr because "it's a private clinic". Then yelled over a group of people to wear a mask and charged me 1.00 a mask. Absolutely disgusted with this place.

The absolute worst. I went in with a tiny shard of glass in my foot and was not helped at all! Not only did the nurse ask "does it really need to be addressed if it's not bleeding? " just in an effort to get me out so they could close early.

The doctor himself was a JOKE.he poked around the wound and then when he noticed I was looking away said "I think I got it. " When I asked where is it, he said I'm not sure if it was glass but it's on the floor you can't see it, but still poked around knowing I caught him lying. They gave me a requisition to get it scanned but now I have to wait for the result to tell me what I already know! I feel it every time I walk!

WORST CLINIC EVER! DO NOT GO HERE!

I get it. Need to wear a mask to see the doctor. But I’m not the one that’s sick and instead of offering a mask for the parent to wear forcing me to go to shoppers to buy one for 1$ is unreasonable at this point. I am not an anti masker but find your process and procedures unreasonable and unfair. I’m sure the office can afford to offer a mask in 2023. Please reconsider your options and be a bit more reasonable to the people that participate in your practice.

I was in a rush today to have my mother see a doctor. I never checked the review before I went, but after I see the low review everything started to make sense. Today we saw one of the doctor Dr. ZAMMAN, maybe he was in a bad mood. That's all I am going to say.

Worst experience ever …. One word to describe the service - pathetic …. And the indian punjabi girls (receptionist or nurse) they are really bad. I book my appointment and waited almost 7 hour outside then she did my test. Unfortunately, i was not able to go another clinic because it was my reading test so its mandatory to go same place after 72 hour to take my reports and show my injection area so i called back but the same lady said so sorry we are full now we can’t make your appointment i was like i am your priority because i am your client for only reading test. If i was your new client came for first time then you can say but if i did my test and pay you but you are not giving reports its very bad.
Very very bad girls who are on front seat. Please guys don’t go there. I am not able to post without pressing star so I press on one star but its only for this post not for service they even don’t deserve zero.

They don't have a general line to let people know if the clinic is open or closed. No voicemail message or anything to tell the people if theyre closed on a certain day, just a generic message that are open every day including the holidays. You will only find out if the clinic is closed when you actually visit the place

Refused to see patients and told us to wait for a phone consultation. The worst walk in clinic in Ontario. Do not even bother.

If only zero stars was possible. This is NOT an urgent care, like the location on a 9401 Jane St, which is affiliated with MacKenzie Health. They will not see you if your child has a fever, but make you have a phone appointment first. I discovered this the hard way after driving 15 mins to this clinic. The name of this clinic is very deceptive, it's just a walk-in that doesn't see people with any minor system. NOT ALL SYMPTOMS ARE COVID. Clinics like this are ruining the health care system.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I was trying to call for my niece and i had to call 15 times and I still got NO answer. I also had 3 other people trying to call and they also got no response.in total we called 30 times with no response.when we did get through we got put on hold then the would HANG UP… I ended up showing up at the place and THEY LEFT US OUT IN THE RAIN WITH THE DOOR LOCKED with 5 other patients. I find that disgusting!

Worst kind of urgent health care. Who asks to register before they go into a WALK IN, URGENT HEALTH CARE? ! Defeats the whole purpose.

I wish I read the reviews before coming here. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place

I am a new mom 5 days postpartum. I registered online this morning at 8: 45 to make an appointment to see a doctor for a concern that I had that may need antibiotics. ON THE FORM, it asks a bunch of questions and two specifically: 1) YOUR OHIP CARD 2) YOU CAN REQUEST FOR A PHONE CONSULT OR IN-PERSON VISIT, obviously I selected in-person. I received a confirmation email that requests sent after hours will be looked at upon opening at 10 AM, great. And now begins the most horrendous medical service I have ever encountered.

I DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL FROM RECEPTION UNTIL 3: 30 PM TODAY. The receptionist continued to tell me that the doctor there is only providing phone consults first to new patients, NO IN-PERSON VISITS.

I AM A NEW MOTHER FRESH FROM BIRTH, WHAT IS NOT MORE URGENT THAN THAT?

This place is a joke, the doctors should be ashamed of the care they provide. Exceptions should be considered to their arbitrary rules. I should not have been called 5.5 HOURS AFTER OPENING. AND THEY CHARGED MY OHIP CARD FOR THE CALL THAT ACCOMPLISHED NOTHING. I did not receive the care I specifically asked for.

Shame on you, UCC Woodbridge. I will never refer anyone to your centre.

UPDATE: Doctor called me within fifteen minutes of me posting this review, after I specifically told the receptionist I want CANCEL MY REQUEST. I was livid. The doctor tried to justify their policy by saying that symptoms require a phone consult first before in-person visit (so essentially TWO charges to my OHIP). BUT THAT IF YOU HAVE NO SYMPTOMS AND AN ANKLE SPRAIN, YOU’LL BE SEEN IN PERSON. I have never heard anything more disgusting in my life.

Here’s a tip. CHANGE YOUR ONLINE FORM TO INCLUDE QUESTIONS SUCH AS 1) ARE YOU VACCINATED? HOW MANY DOSES? 2) HAVE YOU BEEN SICK WITH COVID BEFORE? HOW MANY TIMES?

The fact that they would accept an ankle sprain and not a sick postpartum mom, some who is actually VULNERABLE IN SOCIETY, is just horrendous. You are a doctor, CARE FOR ALL YOUR PATIENTS AND STOP MAKING COVID AN EXCUSE TO KEEP BILLING EXTRA OHIP VISITS.

If I could give this clinic a ZERO OR NEGATIVE star review I would, I truly would. I have never been more ashamed of the state of our health care system. You can blame government all you want and it may valid, but onus is also on the doctors to actually DO THEIR JOB AND CARE FOR THE SICK AND NEEDY. I think we’ve lost sight of this.

They stop taking patients in at 2: 30PM and "no doctor available in afternoons". Drove 30 mins for nothing. Don't bother coming in here unless you want your time wasted.

Do not go to this walk in under any circumstances, if you cannot see your own doctors go directly to hospital. This is a joke receptionist are horrific they are rude when you go in they tell you to wait outside, meanwhile there are people sitting inside! I left very frustrated and I went looking around for another walk-in most were closed, after an hour I get a call to go in doctor checked me and thought I may have phenomena gave me request to go get X-ray and bring the report to him. Next day went to get X-ray done and the office tod me to come in 2 hrs to get report, when I called they said they faxed to the clinic so I called the clinic. And here we go the receptionist confirmed they got it so I said ok I will come as the doctor wanted to review with me she said NO he will contact me the next day are you friggen me. She was insistent I was so frustrated I hug up the phone. A few min later she called me to say that another doctor at the Brampton office will call me. I went to get my report and going to my own family doctor, the other doctor did call and I declined medication he wanted to order for me I also told him I’m allergic to penicillin but not sure he heard. My issue here is that #1 the receptionist should speak English clearly have more empathy for people coming in s as ms Ed hee Ed n they call someone please put your mask down.

I was there with my daughter and got rejected because she didn't have a mask.
They don't even provide mask's
