I just recently switched to this dental office and I’ve had a great experience so far. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Chu the first visit, and had my cleaning done by Nishi and a visit from Dr. Hicks this past Saturday. They were all so welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. You can tell they’re passionate about what they do and they care about their patients. The office is very clean and organized. I’m so glad I found them! I highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience at Inspire Dental Studio. The office is super clean and welcoming, with very friendly staff who greeted us promptly and offered coffee (Keurig) and water.

My hygienist Nishi was fantastic - she made me feel totally at ease during my cleaning, answering all my questions patiently and with humor. It has been awhile since I felt so comfortable at the dentist! I was even able to watch Netflix during my cleaning which was a nice distraction.

Dr. Hicks was also amazing. She explained very clearly what I need to do going forward to get my teeth back in good shape. She outlined next steps and a treatment plan that made sense.

I'm a happy patient and actually looking forward to my next visit.

Dr. Chu did my porcelain veneers and they are AMAZING! She is such a kind woman as well. I was very nervous about such a big and permanent decision, but she put my mind totally at ease! She is a perfectionist, which is what you want when dealing with veneers. I absolutely LOVE my smile now! I couldn’t be happier!

I had a couple of fillings done today. My visit was painless and over in no time. Thank you Dr. Chu.

This past week our son had his first filling procedure. Having always struggled with remaining calm for dentist appointments, we were all a bit apprehensive as to how it would go. Dr Chu and her assistant were phenomenal with him, resulting in him being completely calm and even having the odd giggle during the procedure. The entire office staff is just fantastic and we appreciate their hard work.

Big progress for our son who is on the spectrum, ironically during World Autism Month — thanks to Dr Chu.

My family and I have been going to this dental clinic for almost 8 years now and each dental visit has been wonderful. They used to be located at Rutherford and Clarence, the staff for the most part are still the same lovely people. They're always so helpful, professional, and kind. I was a patient of Dr. Chu's back at their Bathurst location when I myself still lived in Vaughan. Once I moved, I also moved to a closer dentistry office. Worse mistake I made. The client care, attention to detail, client worries, concerns and their support is unmatched at Inspire Dental Studio. I have been back with Dr. Chu and her team for a while now and all my concerns and questions about my dental health have been answered, in detail and with a plan for moving forward and away from having the continued discomfort. I am moving into the Invisalign route with Dr. Chu and I couldn't be more excited, comfortable and confident in her approach, work and attention to my needs and worries. Dr. Teresa has been my dentist for few years and was recommended through a close friend of mine. Her experience, talent and perfection on her work almost make me describe her as a dental artist. She does care about the health of my teeth but also how they look. The bonding procedure that was done on my tooth got a lot of compliments from my orthodontist. I could not be any happier to have her as my dentist.

Couldn’t have asked for a more better experience! From the very beginning Dr Chu & her team were welcoming & accommodating! She has been an absolute pleasure to work with and takes the time to explain her services and processes with great detail, making the procedures much less nerve wrecking. After having issues with my veneers done by a different dentist, Dr. Chu was not only able to find the root cause of the problem but make me feel confident in moving forward to get the issue fixed by explaining every detail of the veneer process and showing me all my options (something I hadn’t experienced with other dentists in the past). Dr. Chu is extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and knows how to make a client feel at ease (especially if you are nervous at the dentist like me!). Woodbridge Vaughan Dental is best dental office I’ve ever been to - fantastic staff, beautiful facility, and outstandingly skilled (and gentle) dentists and hygienists. The whole family has been going here for over 10yrs - couldn’t recommend them enough.

Woodbridge Vaughan Dental goes over and beyond, with their costumer service, and dental services they provide. The front desk is polite, accommodating and personable. They manage to make you feel like part of a family. Always following up with past conversations and making sure they ask how everyone is doing. The office is spotless and running smoothly from the moment you get there. They have all the protocols for COVID under control making it a safe environment. The dental hygienist are thorough and making sure that you are comfortable at all times. Dr. Hicks and Dr. Chu are just as thorough and accommodating. Myself and my family have been been going to them close to a decade and we have moved from the Woodbridge area many years ago and do the 45 minute drive with no hesitation. I look forward in continuing to receive excellent service and experiences. I highly recommend them.

My family and I have been going to Woodbridge Vaughan Dental for about 10 years now. Like a lot of us Iam not a fan of going to “ The Dentist “ but every time I arrive at Woodbridge Vaughan Dental I question my hesitation. The staff, Doctor Hicks and Doctor Chu make me feel so welcome and comfortable. They acknowledge my anxiety in the dentist chair and are so very patient and understanding of me. This dental office is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and professional. They are also very covid safe. They get you in and out always on time. They even have a TV on the ceiling so you can watch your favorite TV shows while they are cleaning your teeth. I highly recommend this place and so glad I switched.

My wife and I have been going to Woodbridge Vaughan Dental for well over 10 years. The service is top notch, and both Dr. Hicks and Dr. Chu are excellent. All of the staff are friendly, professional and excellent at what they do.

The entire team there is awesome. My girls have been going ever since they were little kids. They’ve always been treated really well and the staff goes out of their way to make the kids comfortable. When I was a kid going to the dentist was not a positive experience. Dr Chu and her team are great at making my girls comfortable through many years of cleaning, X-rays, fillings and the odd tooth extraction to make room for the adult teeth trying to come in. Not being scared of the dentist will be critical to proper dental car as they get older and go on their own.

I am writing this review to commend the thoroughly professional and hardworking staff at Woodbridge Vaughan Dental clinic. From the moment I went in I was greeted warmly by Courtney at reception by 'Name' (I'm sure that had she not been wearing a mask she would have greeted me with a warm smile). She was even kind enough to Email me the receipt to send to my Insurance company at the end of my visit. Thank you Courtney.

I was then taken to see Linda (hygienist extraordinaire) who was so kind and caring when working on my teeth I felt like I was being cared for by my mother. Thank you Linda for your kindness and generosity of spirit and for being willing to go slower and make the procedure less painful.

During the current pandemic, I experienced a tooth abscess and needed advice on how to proceed to deal with it. I reached out to Dr. Chu via text message and she responded within minutes with the appropriate course of action which included providing me with a prescription. I was very pleased with the service that I got during this very difficult time and was happy that my situation was taken care of in a quick and efficient manner. Dr. Teresa Chu is a hidden gem in Vaughan! I looked into many dentists to have some imperfections touched up in my teeth, as I am getting married in a couple of months. Each time I was always disappointed or not happy with the results of the procedures. I came across Dr. Chu and I was very skeptical at first thinking my experiences would be the same as with previous dentists. The worst feeling is being told by a dentist that you are being to picky with what you would like done. It's sad because it's their job to help you feel your best with your smile. Dr. Chu was not only very welcoming but worked with me to help me understand where the imperfections needed to be corrected and she did an amazing job, with some dental bonding to fix the little imperfections. The skills and expertise are clearly visible! No dentist had even put in that much effort into making sure everything looked straight and fuller. I am so happy with the results. For the first time in a very long time I can smile in the mirror and feel so happy that my smile finally looks straight! I have never felt better! Thank you for helping me feel my best and most of all understanding that a smile really does go a long way in our day to day. My family and I have been patients at this office for many years and can’t say enough about both Dr. Chu and Dr. Hicks. They are knowledgeable, caring and genuine. I am a new client at Woodbridge Vaughan Dental. The receptionists are warm and welcoming. Doctor Teresa Chu is a very good dentist. I had eight cavities filled and the procedure was virtually painless. It’s apparent she cares about the comfort of her patients.
