Very nice hiking considering its proximity to the city. A few different trails and two parking lots. Great forest views.

There are several nice and easy hiking trails. There are some interesting statues and benches on the top of hill. Free roadside parking.

Entrance to the bruce trail. Highway is audible from the trail, but its a worthwhile hike!

Beautiful spot! Nice scenery! Good amount of walking! Lots of trails that you can enter through using the main road. It loops but also it continues if you do the Bruce Trail.

This trail has it all - easy to intermediate level hiking, incline up the escarpment or take it easy around the wetland walking trail. Ending up at the Walker Living Campus is a delightful surprise for the kids!

My daughter and I hiked the loop here and enjoyed it thoroughly. There are a lot of crossover trails, with the Bruce trail and side trails, so you really need to focus on whatever route you have decided to take. The trails themselves are well marked, but the continuity of the hiking the loop is confusing at times, especially by the Niagara College Education Centre. We will definitely return.

Great winter hike. Stay on main road or use side trails, perfect distance for an afternoon hike with kids and dogs.

Nice mix of easy and medium challenge trails, neat things to discover, but really no chance of getting lost. Great any time of year!

Trail running, the best of both hiking & running! Mixed terrain, alternate side trails with access to Bruce trail, this conservation area will not disappoint. Add on more km when parking outside of gates & walk/run in additional 2km (return). If you prefer rugged, marshy & gritty over dainty & picturesque then you’ll wanna run these trails! Hilly, rocky, narrow trails with options to take more wider footpaths on main trails. Family friendly depending on choice of trails, however, not stroller or mobility aid friendly. Bring water & be prepared to have “ nature amenities on site”. Alternately, drive into entrance but quite narrow with muddy roadways and be alert for the walkers. It so refreshing from the “glam” conservation areas & instead, experience the rugged beauty of the escarpment. Look out for the Laura Secord trail & imagine what it must have been like for her walking 30km in the war of 1812 to warn James Fitzgibbon that Americans were planning to attack his post! Happy trails ‍️btw, no park fees:)

This is my go to trail when I need someplace close to home or UT has been very wet lately as the trails don't get super muddy.

Just a great place to nature hike or jog with beautiful tall trees covering Yay! There's no wifi in the forest but there's a guarantee you will get a better connection with nature!
