I want to thank the entire woodgeen community for all the help and support they have given me. Especially to Claudia Lio for helping me and guiding me on the right path to find a job that fits my needs.

This organization is super helpful! I came to Canada with an International student visa last year and was looking for a part-time job. One of my community friends from Thorncliffe Park Drive told me to visit the WoodGreen agency. I met a tall well-dressed young man on the first floor named Waheed Amin, he was very nice and welcoming and told me I was not eligible for his employment program with an international student visa but he had a great positive impact on my life by verbally referring me to a college that they were hiring international students for their campus and library. Finding a suitable job 20 hours per week in the college library really helped me financially to continue with my education with peace of mind. Waheed’s creative and unique advice and referral made my life. He deserves a five with this heart. I am recommending this agency to everyone.

It is a pity that the organization that provides social services keeps an employee who does not share the values ​​of the employer and tolerates her unacceptable behavior.

Ukrainian-hating employees work here, who receive money from the state for helping Ukrainians find employment, and with whom the company has no intention of parting. I would come here with the help of a representative of the LGBT community or a black man/woman and hear hate directed at me, then I would immediately call the police and make so much noise that I would receive moral compensation as a result! And the employee who showed disrespect would be fired immediately. But I see that the question of disrespect on the basis of nationality does not apply to Ukrainians.

There is one person who clearly does not cope with his duties. And tolerates invaders and violence.

A month ago a friend of mine who literally escaped russian bombs came to Canada. While searching for a job, an employee called natalia happened to assist my friend in her search of a job. She had very anti-ukrainian and pro-putin views literally supporting war and stating “there won’t be any ukraine soon” while helping my friend “find a job”. After writing a complaint letter to the leadership of this company, the only step they took was to make a training. A pro-war natalia still works in the company. The company tolerates racism and hate. This was a very traumatizing experience. I encourage nobody to use the services.

Some of the services are very helpful, especially FREE Income Tax filing for me, and other Seniors.

Avoid the job developer named Isaac Dilworth, over 6 months nothing to offer. Heartbroken he pretended like he cared. Didn’t even tell me about the programs they had available while I was unemployed for over 6 months. But I relied and stayed patient just for him to stop replying suddenly. Total unprofessional waste of time.

I am aneecomer and was looking for help with social services, my Doctor refer me to Aneela Ahmad at HATM Crescent Town health center. I am very happy with the service I received, she is very knowledgeable & responsive to needs. I wonder if I can give her more the 5 star reviews as she is 100% helpful and highly recommended.

Im not sure how to relay thevreliefvtheir help gave me.its fair to ssy i cried when they told me i was getting money back after evading doing the process for years.fear of getting it wrong made me feel i couldnt deal with it and being without a fixed address and income made it worse.ther was no judgment or stigma just im sorry you went through that.lets get you secure in your future.i had one?
yeah i actually did.and its thanks to them that i see it.i cant give them a ten star rating but i can say if superheroes wear capes their work attires about to change.snd i will be there to applaud the show.apply and be respectfull to the staff, cos ive got their backs now and thats alot of respect they deserve.dont abuse it.
