Dentist is good and hygiene is maintained. I did Scaling and polishing of teeth here. It cost me around 300$ which I feel is little bit higher than average price but It got covered in my insurance.

Customer support is highly appreciated, quick response, I just had to give my policy details and that’s it for booking an appointment.

Completely satisfied. Kim was very thorough and that was followed by a check-up by the dentist.

If possible, I would give this clinic a scattered rating. They don't deserve even one star. The male receptionist was extremely rude, not only failing to assist when the patient asked about scheduling but also inexplicably insulting them. Excuse me? Please maintain basic manners. If you'd like to be insulted, feel free to give them a call and experience it for yourself. I don't know about the medical skills, as I haven't experienced them due to the impoliteness of the receptionist. Isn't this a huge joke? If you don't want to help patients, you should find another profession. Completely lacks medical ethics.

I came here first time yesterday, the price is not clear until you get the service. Therefore, you don’t know how much you need pay before you visit, this is a little serious feeling.

Its a friendly atmosphere & very professional. The staff is great & polite which made it a great first time experience for me as I'm changing dentists.
I will be coming here from now on.

New hygienist! Great job Adie I think that’s her name. Very gentle, kept asking if I’m ok. I’m very pleased hopefully she’s there for a long time I really don’t like changing hygienist. Also I want to say thanks to Carol always pleasant an accommodating.

Great job. Actuallly took temperature prior to appointmebt Area was welll ventilated.
Cleaning was well detailed. Paid upfront. Reimbursement process before I reached home.

The customer service was amazing and the staff were very helpful. The dentists/hygienists made me aware of my current dental situation and let me know my options to improve my oral health going forward. They accommodated my needs quickly and booked me in as soon as they could.

There is no doubt that the doctors and hygienists the best and I love their assistance and the treatment.
There is big issue with billing and dental insurance coverage. On my 1st visit my dental insurance dispatch the cheque and the dental office did not receive it.they call me and also threatened me to send the invoice to collection agency after 90 days of non-payment. Thanks God I contacted my insurance and they sent duplicate check and this issue was resolved, because the dental office did not communicated with my insurance to confirm the payment.

2nd time they send the bill to My insurance company which exceeds the limits of my services.again the rest of the bill I have to pay with same communication earlier, its was totally miscommunication between dental office and my insurance and I have to pay the price. The dental office unable to determine the remaining balance on my coverage.
Now I am scared to go to the clinic again for next appointment because of uncertainty of how the outcome of their invoice/Insured amount will be.
I am looking forward to their management to resolve this issue to make their customers comfortable and happy.

I never recommend anyone going to this place. I had to cancel my appointment twice due to other health issues and they asked me pay $50 fee for short notice which they didn’t mention when I visited the clinic twice before. They were asking for my credit card info over the phone which is ridiculous. They tried to threaten me saying they will send it for collection.

Please stay away from this place! SCAM!

Everyone working was friendly. The dentists did a very thorough check up and teeth cleaning. It was a bit of a wait in between the checkup and cleaning, but Dr. Shun is very kind and made the visit a great experience.

Never actually been here before, I called to ask the medical office a few questions before going and the man that picked up was ridiculously rude, and sarcastic for no reason what so ever. They sound like a very unprofessional place with poor management. Wanted to give this place a try, but guess I won’t be. All my friends that have been here have bad reviews too.

For cancelling appointments, front desk staff told us to pay $50 over the phone as cancellation fee and was threatening us saying they will send it to collection department for not agreeing on this.

DR. David le does not care. I was having work done in hopes to get started with braces that he told me he could do so I agreed to all the treatments. I told him I needed to be sedated for this procedure his response “no you’ll be fine” I ended up in multiple severe panic attacks. Got X rays cleaning and everything paid lots of money. For him to tell me he won’t do my braces and go somewhere else. (so I did) and the X-rays and everything where included in the price! Also Dr lee wanted 5500 I got mine for 2500 a fraction of the price. STAY AWAY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Not recommend people inside are rude and unprofessional the dentist is ok but the services are ugly

I had to wait 45 mins past my appointment time to see the doctor. Which is not acceptable. Why would you give an appointment if doctors are not available. They schedule appointments for every 15 mins and docs r so busy tat they lag to get on time to each patient. This is not acceptable. Either increase you appointment time gap or have more doctors at the clinic.

I was not happy with my experience at this office. I was in a lot of pain and the Receptionist i had spoken with 2 days ago with a heavy south asian accent who spoke very fast, refused to get me and appointment. I told her i was in recurring uncontrollable pain on may back lower teeth and she only offered me next week. Told her i needed the earliest app t possible, however she said she could do next Wednesday. Not sure what type of service they have however at this point I ended up seeing another Dentist who squeezed me in and billed my insurance directly which not only fixed the tooth but also showed me that they listened to my concerns. I dont recommend this practice at all as the person whom I spoke to a few days ago didnt care at all or just refused to hear my problem. I do not recommend!

What a warm and welcoming team! I was looking for a new dentist after embarrassingly having neglected my oral care and was all sorts of nervous and anxious, from my first phone call to book a visit to my recent root canal. I needn't have worried because everyone was kind and patient and absolutely pleasant and professional. Thank you all!

My appointment went great. Everyone at Woodside Square Dental was very friendly and did a great job. The receptionist took the time to walk me through their COVID procedures when I made the appointment which I really appreciated.

The dentist was patient and friendly. However, the receptionists had to reschedule my appointment a few times (which doesn't usually happen at other clinics). They were helpful in directly submitting my claim through the insurance.

This dentist and team is awesome. Went for a regular cleaning and when the dentist checked my teeth he decided to give me a thorough check as it had been 2 years (Covid) which included the panoramic X-ray. Upon checking he noticed right away an abscess. If he hadn’t decided to do that. I don’t know what would have happened as I didn’t feel any pain. Very friendly and competent staff. Feels comfortable going to see the dentist. Highly recommend.

Have been coming here for over 30 years. Dr Wasserman and his staff are absolutely FANTASTIC. I will continue to come here even though I no longer live in the area. Thank you all for making me feel special.

Always so pleased with the service, care and professionalism provided by all staff, including Sonia (front desk) and Doctor Mofidi! Will definitely return for any future dental care.

I was hesitant to go to the dentist, however I got the courage to finally go. Well my teeth cleaning was done just the way I like it. No regrets Kim was wonderful and patient. The dental office is up to par with ministry of health guidelines.

Don’t be afraid they wear full PPE.
Try Kim for teeth cleaning, you will not be disappointed.

Did an extraction and cleaning, was very impressed with their friendly and professional staff. The dentist was really helpful, the extraction was quick and painless.

I had a great experience the other day at this clinic earlier in the week. The manager there was very professional and helpful as she answered all of the questions I had regarding a booking and pricing of a certain dental procedure. Would definitely do business here and I would encourage others to do the same. A very clean and positive environment with all staff wearing the proper personal protective equipment.

I have been seeing Dr. Wasserman with my family for 15 years now. They have always been very friendly and caring. They are following strict COVID 19 protocol and keeping staff and us patrons safe. Keep up the good work Team Wasserman!

I’ve been to many dentists and had really bad experiences with many! I gave up on going to a dentist for years till I had to one day. I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect but as soon as I got there the staff were so friendly and made me feel good about the place also it’s reallly clean, doctor lee is awesome! I am still doing some dental work and I am really happy with this place the care and the quality of work is just amazing! I always love to go to this place. The front desk staff are amazing. They always give a warm welcome to anyone coming to their office and answers every questions politely. The clinic is very hygenic and follow all the protocols. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking to visit a dentist.

I had an amazing experience during my visit, the girls at the front are so friendly and provided great customer service! I definitely recommend giving this place a visit.

From the front desk staff to the hygienist, everyone was incredibly wonderful! Dr. Swani was patient, talked me through the entire procedure and was great!
The Covid-19 precautions were also excellent and all my questions regarding payment/insurance were answered well.
Will travel from York, again, just to come back here. I am glad for the referral from a colleague who also has nothing but good things to say!

I was very happy to see the dentist during covid. The front desk girls are cool and my doctor and hygienist are the best.

I have been to dentist for first time. It was truly a pleasant experience from the moment I walk in till I exit. I just went in for normal filling and routine check up. Dr Surdeep Swani was so kind to understand and explain me what's required, in addition to the filling, so patiently.

At the front end I was assisted with my insurance and an estimate with zero surprises.

Not to mention, they are taking all necessary precaution ensuring a safe visit.
