The Work was done Quickly, and cleanly. The installer was very Friendly and polite, answering all my questions about the function of the new demand water heater.

Keeps calling me in Cambridge to apparently offer their services. Have told them several times that I live in an apartment building that does not have any use for their services, and to which I do not own. At least three of the calls were the same guy. Since they don't get it, figured I'd post it on here as well.

Called and left message - no one called back. Contacted another local HVAC company and they contacted me back the same day.

We had them out on a call when out furnace stopped working a couple years ago, and they had it fixed very quickly for us and at a reasonable price as well.
I recently had to call back to get some receipts, and Kelly got them for me right away, and was also very pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend going with them! Will continue to use them for future requirements.
