Upmost respect for anyone who spends their lives caring for animals! Thank you for doing that! … this clinic is a money grab and has zero respect for the owners of the animal, who KNOWS their animal! My dog developed an ear infection, he had one in November, he is a lab and they are prone to ear infections. I called for a single repeat of his ear drops because I KNEW he had an ear infection. They insisted he needed to be seen even though he was seen for his full work up 2 months ago. Over $200 later and 20 min, I left with the exact same ear drops as 2 months ago! I hope they remember the next visit in 3-4 weeks is a no charge visit … “just to check his ears”
Giving owners the respect they deserve would serve this clinic well… we LOVE our animals and only want the best for them! Had it been an emergency, had it been heart medication, had he had health issues, had it been 6 months since he was last there, I would not be writing this.
I don’t know how other vets in Woodstock are but this clinic will upsell and charge you for things that aren’t needed. And they will NOT do anything that doesn’t benefit them!
Vet seemed fine, techs seemed fine.
I would call around and ask questions before considering this clinic…. And I’m so sad to say that … very disappointed

Always go to this place! They care about your fur baby as much as you! And they will follow up to make sure all is well!

We found this Veterinary office to be extremely friendly and caring. Even phone calls for follow up on services. Dr Rob went out of his way to help us find a solution and we did! Great Vet office!

Would recommend this vet to every one if you can get in. They work along with you are always there for your furry grandbabies. Staff id very helpful and always accommodating

This vet is amazing, affordable, and goes above and beyond for their pets and pet owners! Was quoted $2k for a laparoscopic neuter for my make dog in Waterloo, was quoted $500 here, then they only charged me $450 after the neuter, THEN, upon my next visit, they said they accidentally charged me $50 extra and gave a credit to my current bill. You will not find a more honest or attentive vet in the London and Waterloo surrounding areas!

I love the staff here, they are so kind. When we had to put our English bulldog down in April, they gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. They are always so welcoming. We just took our litter of pug puppies for their first vetting and the girls were very excited to see them and hold them. Definitely recommend

All of the staff are super friendly and very caring, not just for your pet but you as well. I recommend you guys every time someone asks me about where I know good vets in town!

This place and their associate Harris Veterinay is a good example of what a veterinary service should be. Staff super friendly, the veterinary doctors amazing.

I had a pet emergency while watching a friend's pet. Called for some advice. No pressure, just a 10 minute phone call with plenty of helpful advice. Kudos!

This is a Very good vet. My puppy seen dr Rita stemeroff today she was amazing so was the vets assistant that helped they were very nice, calm, gentle and patient with my new puppy. I 100%recommend. The prices are reasonable as well.

The staff here at Woodstock Veterinary Hospital are fantastic! I had brought my mother's cat, Nubé, in to address a potential ear infection, which Dr. DeVries had set to work on and in the process we discovered he had large bladder stones.

The next day was an emergency day and Dr. Kylie and her team, Sarah, Olivia, Michelle and Becca (that I met) were so gracious and helpful. After various trips back and forth, and trying to clear blockages and discussing options, an x-ray revealed that the situation was much more serious. The only thing I would change would be if we had taken it sooner.

I really appreciate all the support we received from the team, as it was a very difficult day for my mom and I. Thank you for all you did to make Nubé comfortable.

Had an emergency with my baby and they got us in that day! They are very warm and welcoming and will answer any questions you have, also on the more affordable side!

My brothers Cat Remy had an emergency and they lost him unfortunately. He was suffering and needed help immediately and these guys were exceptional after calling his own vet and many others no on could see Remy but they didn't hesitate and told us to bring him in and provided the utmost care and compassion towards Remy and us. Thanks to everyone for helping with this sad situation. It's very much appreciated.

Today we had to bring our cat Remy in to be looked at and the diagnosis wasn’t good in the end we had to put Remy down the vet and staff were very professional and made it an easy transition for Remy and us we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making it easy and painless for Remy we appreciate it very much

They are hands down the best team I have ever brought my animals to. I trust them completely. They always explain things in a way that is easy to understand and make sure that you are comfortable with their treatment plans every step of the way.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would without a doubt.
