Tuvok & Chakotay really enjoy the Stella & Chewy's meal mixers (freeze dried raw), though they may have accidentally bought the dog version which is pretty delicious, but Cassidy from Wooftown & Kitty corner says the cat version has added Taurine, which is really important for bengal kittens & cats in general, so we promise we will pay better attention when visiting to get the one that is for cats! (Mommy is an idiot lol)! (Daddy cannot read apparently! Lol) (ps.don't tell them we wrote this review shh)

Fast reliable service! They carry premium dog foods that my dog loves. Ordered dog food last night at 7pm and it was delivered this morning at 10am. Highly recommend!

My first time ordering from wooftown & I had a good experience. My order arrived the very next day, super convenient with a new puppy. Shipping is free over $39 in the GTA. They also carry products other stores don't. UPDATE: I've ordered several times now & I will continue to be a repeat customer, great service! Only thing is that sometimes my desired foods are not in stock.

Went in to pick up my order. A bit hidden from the street because it's set in with the parking lot, but it has a big sign so you can't miss it.

Super friendly and dogs (and cats, I assume) are of course allowed inside the premises.:)

Wooftown has provided consistently superb service over the years. I have been purchasing dog food from Wooftown for years and recently started grooming my dog there too. The team there is very polite and always helpful. The dog food is always delivered to me on time, and well packaged. Pick up service is easy.should I wish to pick up the dog food instead of delivery. Communication has been wonderful. Highly recommended.

I ordered my dog’s food yesterday at 7PM and got it today morning by 10: 35AM. To say that these people are on TOP OF THEIR GAME is an understatement. I am beyond impressed. The level of customer service and SPEED literally blew me away. I almost didn’t believe it was delivered that quickly. I still am not over it.

Excellent delivery (free in GTA if ordering $39 +) or pick up.they have my cat's favourite limited ingredient wet food for a decent price.very friendly and helpful staff

Wooftown goes above and beyond! Not wanting to travel between regions during covid for our dogs food, I reached out to Wooftown to see if they had our preferred food. They didn't carry our specific flavour, but to my amazement, they added it to their inventory. Within a few days they had it in stock and on the website ready to purchase. I am blown away and am so much happier to support a local store. Customer service was outstanding - I wish every company was this attentive, responsive and proactive. We will only be shopping at Wooftown in the future!

I found wooftown through a flyer in my mailbox and decided to give it a try. What a great experience, customer service is absolutely wonderful! Got everything I needed without any fuss delivered right to my home! I also tried their home cooked beef recipe, well, my little guy is so picky (only blaming myself), she absolutely loves it and it comes in a great freezer bag! I am definitely a returning customer!

Just fantastic! They had a product I could NOT find anywhere else in the GTA (or heck, even Amazon) and not only did they have what I needed for my dog, but delivery was next-day! During a pandemic and I'm not even in Toronto. Great stuff, great service!

Wooftown has been very helpful. They have a great selection and I've been able to order food last minute; it always arrives very quickly in Toronto. Today is Boxing Day and the items are out for delivery even though I placed my order last night. I appreciate everyone at Wooftown and your delivery people for this.

I've just discovered wooftown.ca recently. I found the website easy to use. The selection was great and I was impressed that the inventory was accurate. The delivery was the best part of the experience. It was well communicated and on time. I just wish I'd found wooftown sooner.

Amazing customer service. They didn't have one of the raw food products I ordered in stock at the time I placed my order, so they shipped me a replacement product. A week later, they shipped me the original product I ordered as soon as it came in.

They were highly communicative throughout the whole process.

Wooftown Grooming is a true blessing for me and my adored ShihPoo. My little girl's groom is of course for her health and beautification. However, as a Medical Alert dog for my epilepsy my little girl has to accompany me to my treatments at the hospital, medical appointments, grocery shopping and everywhere I go. In this regard it is paramount for my girl to look clean and hygienic to present at medical establishments.

Wooftown is exceptional at providing a professional, gorgeous and perfect cut. Her nails are cut and filed to perfection and she smells delicious. Wooftown is very cognizant of healthy bathing products and only use clean, chemical free shampoos.

My girl is with me 24/7 and has terrible separation anxiety when having to leave me. When we are going to the groomer she is nervous and starts to get panicky. However, I am always taken aback at how she completely calms down when the groomer comes to get her at the door.

I highly recommend Wooftown Grooming for a professional groom with compassionate, caring, lovely and extremely capable groomers.

Just moved to Toronto with our cat babies, they have been having tummy upset. Wooftown delivered what we most needed within the day and been very responsive! Couldn’t thank enough!

Wooftown has been my go-to for grooming and pet accessories for years! Luckily, they are the ones who first cut my dog's hair when he was adopted, and we never stopped going to Maria ever since. We got to know Maria personally and she always offers good recommendations for up-keep in between appointments, even at the beginning of the pandemic when everything was shut down! She is flexible because time can be variable, especially with dogs. She takes her time to genuinely provide good care for her clients.
The staff is always friendly and we know it's because of the good people (and dog) culture Wooftown has developed.
There is a wide selection of food, treats, and accessories available at Wooftown and even when ordered online, they get delivered AMAZINGLY fast. How they do that, I don't know!
Overall, top notch service, I don't think I could get anywhere else.

Fast service and shipping. Item was delivered as described - Sense-Ation Harness is the best harness I have used for my dogs. Keeps them alert and by my side without fail for long walks. Would definitely recommend.

Took my goldendoodle puppy for her first full groom. From the appointment setup to drop off/pick up, everything was super smooth and the staff was always very responsive and helpful. Ryoko was my pup's groomer. She was fantastic and we are very pleased. I'll be going back for sure.
