Worst customer service ever. Lady was very rude. Was just completely disrespectful. Being a small business owner, you think they would welcome people into the business. The worst thing is she over charged us. When we had to go back, we were informed we were very rude. Well charge the correct price and maybe we would not have to go back to that dam store. Will never go into that store again.

Beautiful yarn, great selection. Unfortunately, the staff was rude, inconsiderate, and pushy. She made the experience rather stressful when it should have been fun. I did buy the yarn I needed, but I won’t return to this store — easier, cheaper and less stressful to just buy online.
